Over or under???

I’m booked in for surgery in August but I’m still so undecided about over or under the muscle. The surgeon said over would be fine but I’m an A cup and want them to look as natural as possible! What is everyone’s thoughts on this? Over or under ??

I was an A cup and had unders, would definitely recommend them. The recovery is a lot longer and more painful but they do look more natural and they stay perky too ?

Hi Lisa, I had overs moderate plus and mine still look natural. I’d say do as much research on both as you can by looking at photos from people who’ve had both done on here and then deciding the best option for you. Both overs and unders will look natural, it’s more so what your surgeon suggests. I had a lot of tissue already so was able to have overs whereas some people have to have unders because of limited tissue. Hope that helps! Xx
