I’m booked in for 240cc overs on Tuesday 4th October and I’m just looking online for a sports bra. I’m a 34a a now and my surgeon said to get a d or dd for after. I can’t imagine I’m going to be a dd but should i go with a 34 or size up to a 36 to allow for swelling? I think I’m going to get a high impact one from M&S but just not sure of size?
Any advice? x
Hiya,
I have the same start like you from 34A .I had 375cc 2 weeks ago and I am now a D .
With the Macom ,you can get the medium size .
With the M&S bras ,you will need size 36 as you need to allow some space for the swelling.I didn’t know about that so I got the 34 and ended up to have to exchange all of them for the 36 ones .
Good luck with your op .x
Ahh thanks! Is it worth ordering one in each size for when the swelling goes down? X
I find that M&S sports bras are quiet small around the band and so I need to buy one size up normally. Seeing as M&S have a 28 returns policy, I would probably buy one of each size and then return whichever one you don’t use. Xx
Hi, i am looking to buy a post op bra as well and the Macom brand look quite nice. Does anyone happen to have this month’s Discount Code when ordering please? 🙂
Hi, Yvi, thanks very much. A friend did give me this code earlier but every time i entered it in and pressed “ADD” on the Macom website it just flipped me back up to the top of the page and the total didn’t change. I presumed the code had expired so that’s why i asked on here lol. Am i doing something wrong? Does the amount change and the discount is applied after you have entered in your payment details on the next page? I’m all confused 🙂 xxx
I had 450cc overs. I bought some nice ones from M&S but to be honest I prefer the regular sports bra I got that’s front opening. I got them both one size up from my regular (12 instead of a 10), and provided it’s a soft, forgiving material, there’ll likely be enough space for your new boobs in there.
