    Morning!

I am 13 days PO, everything going ok. My right is dropping quicker than my left but i assume that’s normal.

I am still sleeping up right but im waking up nearly on my back, my shoulders are propped up but im about 20 degrees flat- think this is ok? I can’t sleep up right no more killing me lol. I found myself wanting to roll onto my side last night, had to stop myself. I can’t wait to get comfy in bed!!!!

I’m 7 days post op and had my post op appt yesterday and my nurse told me I was ok to now lie down flat – I tried last night mind and it hurts more than being upright so I’m about 20 degrees like you Sophie so I’m sure that’s fine ! I so want to lie on my side but I physically couldn’t my scars hurt too much at the moment to turn properly x.

Hey hun try this and put across your bed and put your legs over it so the back of your kness is resting on it this helps take the pressure off your back and stop u sleeping down in the night I had 8 weeks of sleeping upright xx
