Under the muscle inplants

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone could tell me why they choose under the muscle and if they lost volume after a few months doing so? And how much more if a natural look does it give you. Thank you

Hi Lisa. Im 7 weeks post op on Wednesday. I had 325cc high profile under the muscle. I did not drop and fluff completely yet and measure 34C or 32D cup. I was not given the option of over the muscle because I had little to no breast tissue. But mine does look very natural at the moment, ps said they still need to drop and fluff quite a bit though. If you have a fair amount of breast tissue to start with, you might get the option to go over the muscle. When is you’re opp date?

I had 375cc partials so partially under partially over I couldn’t be happier.

I had under the muscle.. I wanted a more natural look.. plus my surgeon recommended this… mine went smaller after a week or two… I’m now 9 weeks post op and they have dropped and fluffed more so they now have more volume.. I’m really happy with them.. all I would say is be patient.. You will have days/ weeks where they feel smaller.. Give them enough time as unders do take longer xx
