I had mr Kazzazi from a 32A i had 325cc unders and now i’m a 30E/F or 32DD/E and i only asked for a D cup he told me i’d be a ‘large c to small d’ lmao

You look like you have a fair bit of sternum swelling which makes the implants seem further apart, mine seemed under my armpits at first but over time as swelling went down I started to get a cleavage 🙂 and it took 9-10 weeks for my sternum swelling & raising to go down! Xx

I didnt notice any different between the local anaesthetic than a general anaesthetic i’ve had before! they sedate you and you literally just fall asleep like a general and don’t feel a thing or remember anything, you just wake up at the end like you would a general but the recovery time is much better and it didnt make me sick like a general does!
i was terrified of being put under, i’m abit of a control freak and it freaks me out how they just inject you and you go to sleep :p you will be fine! 😀

I had pain for the first 3-4 days then i was on the road to feeling pretty normal after that, just tightness and heavyness for the first 1-2 of weeks then you start forget you’ve even had them done! xx

Nope you cant wear fake tan for 2 weeks before you op unfortunately xx

It’s a fantastic clinic and mr kazzazi is amazing! my admission time was 4pm, i got there and they showed me to my own room, got changed into my gown and then the nurse came in and talked me through things, the anesthetist then came in and spoke to me, then mr kazzazi came in and drew on me and i was laid in theatre at 4:50! Before i knew it i was awake with my new boobs and being wheeled back into my room and i was leaving the hospital at 8pm

Hey, i have the exact same stats as you. I’m 5’4 and 7.5 stone and i started with a 32A, i had 325cc unders and i’m now a 30E/F (ive been wearing 32DD/E bras though cus they feel comfier) i only asked for a D as well

The line thing I think it’s the implant that the muscle is still holding up higher then the natural breast underneath, I imagine it’s still got to drop yet and it’s just the muscle holding it tight still 🙂 xx

I know how you feel hun, i have one boob thats smaller, not got as much cleavage definition and narrower than the other! I feel like it’s placed different as well. I’m 9 weeks post op and had symmetrical breasts before hand :/
However i do think yours look great, you cant really tell at all! xx

I would definitely contact your PC hun by the pic as one is different to the other, it might be the pocket has been made larger than the other one which is why it’s doing this. You could email your PC the pic n see what she thinks 🙂 xx

Hey, I had a 1 week check up with the nurse, 6 week check up with the nurse and then a 3 month check up with my surgeon, not sure after that i have my 3 month check up next month xx

I had 325 unders and now i’m measuring a 30E/F, most girls do suggest to go the biggest they offer you though! I didnt get a choice i just got told 325 and no bigger xx

Have you tried a 32DD instead? I’ve been measured a 30E/F n i have one bra in a 32DD its equivalent to a 30E, they’re much easier to buy xx

I started sleeping on my side at about 4 weeks post op, i found sleeping on my back so uncomfortable i like to curl up in a little ball when i sleep! ;p xx

@jessy6067 literally when i came round from anaesthetic i had bruising there! I’m glad its normal though thankyou for putting my mind at ease! I started worrying because it feels like its been there soooo long! I just hope it budges soon before i can buy bras so they look pretty lmao! xx

Mine are only just starting to shape out and go softer at 3 weeks post op! I still have swelling on my sternum and bruising too! xx

I have shallows baths and sit in the bath and wash my hair with a jug of water i just keep pouring it on my hair! :p xx

I was in alot of the pain the first 3 days then it started to get better, i’d say i started to feel back to normal after the first week xx

Mine came together closer loads more & i’m only 3 weeks post op now!
I went from them being under my armpits with about a 4 finger gap to a 1 n half / 2 finger gap! Xx

Nope you can’t wear any make up, eating is 6 hours before and drinking water is 2 hours before!

I love ebay for bikinis (don’t worry they’re brand new from proper companies) alot of the time they’re from china though but if you don’t mind the wait. But they’re soooo cheap.
They always basically copy the most popular bikinis of the season on there like triangl, victorias secret etc. Just type in womens bikinis on ebay and there are tons & tons! xx

I saw someone post this before and found it really helpful! 🙂 pros and cons of both!

Unders Pros: Unders are better for a more natural result as the muscle and breast tissue will cover the implant and if you have little breast tissue they will not have the obvious rounded look, There is less chance of sagging over time as the implant is held with muscle and breast tissue, there is less chance of capsular contraction but can still happen,

Unders Cons: If you work out doing weights or swimming your muscle contracting can make the implant look a bit unnatural, unders can be quite painful for quite a few weeks and don’t get final look for a few months to a year.
You apparently lose 20% of implant size going under, so a bigger implant might be better. They sit quite high on the chest for a while, until the muscle relaxes,

Overs Pros: Overs are good if you want a rounder appearance with little breast tissue, or if you have quite a bit of breast tissue you will get a natural look, with easier recovery time, More likely to get a fuller result/cleavage, can help to fill out breast tissue after having children,

Overs Cons: Overs are more likely to ripple, with the weight and your natural breast tissue not having enough, they are more likely to sag over time as there is only the breast tissue supporting the implant on the outside, there may be more likelyhood of capsular contraction,

I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and mine don’t seem to have changed alot at all, i’m still swollen and bruised and my boobs are still quite hard & alien xx
