I had this but it’s gone now, I’m 9mpo. I always just assumed it was like bunched up skin, you know like if you sew up a hole in clothing and the fabric isn’t perfectly aligned lol!

Also, if you measured a 30G the BoB way, going on sister sizes which is more like how you’d get measured in marks and Spencer you’d probably be put at about a 32FF / 34F anyway 🙂 x

    Hiya.
The boob or bust page believe that all the support comes from the band so needs to be as small as possible so the cups go up. I used to wear a 34b that was too big in the cup for me or a 36a that just ended up being too big all over. My boyfriends mum used to own a lingerie shop so she fitted me at 6 weeks as a 32F or if absolutely necessary get the sister size of a 34e. I had 450cc high profile overs And went from an a/b to a f/e. They did get bigger for me as they healed so I’m sure yours will too x

Could try some baby oil. I used it after I’d waxed my eyebrows to get the excess wax off and worked quite well. Or get some of the after wax lotion they use in salons. Removes sticky bits quite well x

Hiya, my stats are similar to you, I’m 5ft10 and 10.5 stone, I had 450cc HP Overs and went from a small B to an F. I’m sure you will achieve at least a DD

Yeah it was the biggest he offered me, I didn’t even think to ask him for bigger because I knew that he knew best. I’m so happy they I went with 450s. I occasionally think that if I’d gone for 400s instead would they look more natural still, but if i had I’d have gotten major boob greed!

Hi Ashley, I had Dr Traynor for my surgery in October and I had 450cc HP Overs. I’m so pleased with the results and went from a large 34A /32B and I now measure 34E / 32F

    In reply to: Implant size??

    Menu

Hi, as Courtny said I wouldn’t get too caught up in the cup sizes. I had 450cc which would be roughly 3 cup sizes going from the 125-150cc, however after being measured I’ve gone up byour 4/5 cup sizes so really does depend on your body to begin with. Have you tried doing the rice sizers? Put about 300g rice in tights and tie the ends off and pop them in a sports bra so you get some sort of idea of what you could look like after the surgery.

In reply to: Are you allowed to choose?

    Menu

Hi Lorna, when I met Dr Traynor he decided that I was going to have Round High Profile Overs as this would give me the best result and I had the option of 400cc, 425cc and 450cc, I only tried on 450cc and 425cc. Most people say to go with the biggest that you are offered.
Not sure how Dr F is in her consultations as I never met her. She may say that a bigger implant or a different profile would suit you better than what you are liking. X

Chelsea, I’m assuming that he means for an uplift or bigger implants after kids because most peoples sag or drop from breast feeding ect!

Demi, they only look a bit fake when I pull my arms like backwards behind myself as if I’m trying to make my elbows touch, they are quite squishy now and do move a fair bit but I imagine that they’ll still get softer

I used this website to get a rough idea. http://www.boobydoo.co.uk/bra-size-calculator
It put me as a 34F and when I was measured professionally I came out at a 32F so was really close for me. Make sure that you still get measured professionally, the result should give you a rough idea anyway X

Hi Jess, I had Dr Traynor too and he offered me 400,425 and 450 as I told him I wanted to get to a DD from a small 34B. I’m a size 10 but Ive got a wide rib cage and big shoulders and 5ft 10. He said that I shouldn’t have any smaller because there wouldn’t be any point giving me ‘small’ implants (for my size). I’m 9 weeks post op and wearing 32F /34E bras.
It really does depend on what your stats and shape is like now as to what size you will achieve.
My thoughts whilst I was recovering was the cup size doesn’t matter to me because if I ended up as a C or whatever it was still better than what I had before so keep to keep an open mind through the whole process, it seems like you have the same thoughts that I did before, now I’m much more confident in dresses and overall
There was a “pop quiz” type post on here that I saw and at the end of the post the last question was what advice would you give to future patients and almost everyone said go for the biggest size they offer. I suppose that way you can’t feel like you regret not going big enough
    X

Hi NickI, I had 450cc HP implants with Dr Traynor 7 weeks ago, I used to wear 34B (ish) and I now measure 32F!
I didn’t at any point wish that I’d gone bigger with the implants and I’m glad I didn’t because it’s a pain trying to get bras that size so I’m having to buy 34Es.

I took about 10 days off work and I think it was just right for me, everyone at work knew what was going on so knew I had to be on light duties, I’m an assistant at Toni and Guy so usually involves blow drying putting deliveries away and cleaning a lot. It hurt a bit to pump shampoos for the first few days back.
The first 3/4 days I felt really achey and lethargic, on day 2 I went to have my nails done and hair washed and very nearly fell asleep on the nail tech and then again at the back wash! The GA totally wipes you out and you’ll probably spend the majority of the first few days asleep wherever you fall. It’s ideal to get some icepacks, one for each side, keep them on for as long as you can as often as you can.
The things I found most difficult were sitting up by myself, putting my coat on, flushing the toilets with a proper handle (not button ones) and pumping hand soap / shampoos. I couldn’t open the car doors either way, when you’re in the hospital make sure that someone is there with you to open doors when you go to the toilet after your op ect as they are so heavy! My boyfriend had gone to the car when I needed the toilet so I somehow managed to open the door by using my full weight!
By day 4/5, apart from falling asleep a lot my pain was much better, I could sit up by myself and roll over enough to tuck my pillows under my bum in the night.
The cocodamol made me feel sick from day 2 so stopped taking it, paracetamol made me feel sick as well so I switched to ibuprofen and felt fine then, if I woke up in the night I’d take painkillers but I didn’t set any alarms to take them purposefully through the night.

Happy to answer any other questions too 🙂

I think the signature bra is 4/5 and that’s most popular, then the ultimate bra is 5/5 which is a bit longer so supposed to be more comfortable. I’ve got one of each and sometimes one feels more comfortable to wear than the other depending on the day and one is clay and the other black so can wear different clothes with them.
Just get your regular band size that you normally wear as the cups are expandable so will fit you ore and post op xx

Hi Kelly, I had 450 HP overs with dr Traynor a week last Wednesday and I’m so pleased with mine, it doesn’t look so much different to me in regular tshirts but I can really tell the difference. I was worried that I’d feel like I looked like Pamela Anderson because they’d look absolutely gigantic but they are a lovely size for me and I don’t think we started at a much different size.

Hi Stacey, they called me at 10am as I was getting in the car to leave to tell me the nurse was ill and would have to rearrange, I told them there was no way I wasn’t being seen today because we’d already paid for a hire car and we live 70 miles away from the clinic!
I ended up seeing a Vaser nurse instead.
No my stitches feel ok, my dressings had almost completely peeled off yesterday so I had to change them.
When I was there today and had the small plasters underneath taken off I was a bit terrified that it would have pulled because of the dry blood on them but it was only the sticky annoying parts that I felt!

Have you had icepacks on them at all?
