I’m also quite tall and I’ve also had over muscle suggested with teardrop but Im really struggling to decide if that’s right for me and Im being super indecisive about what size as well. Hi all I’ve just had my uplift and reduction with no moments and 1 week post opp my! My god the sickness nausea was bad and I’m still very sore I’m due on my period too so the swelling is more than I think it should be and feeling achy! I have a wedding 3 weeks post and it’s in the UK so going to take it easy I have had my 1st nurse appointment who took of dressing and replaced and for another appointment on 16th to take off! I’m worried about my first shower etc and what to do and best way to keep on top of the healing proceeds! Any tips! ?

Hi just had my sugery 3 days ago at Preston first trust I had a uplift and a implant of 320CC over muscle medium plus profile I am only very petite framed also I havnt had a look at what they look like yet surgeon was Mr Mahdi he was fab. Can anyone give me any updates on how there’s looked and how they feel post op thanks

The dark areas are lightening up. Left side is a lot firmer compared to right vitamin E cream and massages help. Nipples are still healing.

Pictures before surgery and 16 weeks post op. Nipples still healing and still have some hard areas but massages are working and the tissue is softening up albeit it very slowly.

Hey lovely thank you for your message. So a normal uplift reduces the size but a reductive uplift aka mastopexy reduces the size and reshapes the breast. My tissues had stretched over the past 10 years of having 350cc massive weight gain & weight loss so I needed them reshaped and being older I wanted a size to suit my profile rather than having huge boobs. Don’t get me wrong u loved them big but I prefer the size now suits my profile a lot better as I’m very petite. Hope that helps

I am similar stats to you x I was thinking 250cc but the surgeon strongly recommended 275cc to fill out loose skin from breastfeeding for me personally, and I understand that 250-275cc is minimal x

Hi hun I’m Only on here for the chat/advice. I had mr Solomon , transform. Never again. I’m so botched I feel disgusting. it wasn’t mya but I came on here for reviews and advice . I’m getting mine re done soon/corrected. I never thought it would happen. I’ve been so depressed cos of this botched surgery but I’ve had financial help so I can’t get this wrong again. Hi I have Inspira implants 14 years post op im going for ultrasound and mamagram on 4th sept as my left breast has gone so swollen and sore and pain goes to armpit it feels lumpy in clevage and above, they are checking for capsular contracture, im wondering if anyone has had this and what happened. I dont know if the lifetime insurance covers this if it is that.

Im day 6 from Implant and uplift and returned to normal. Luckily no pain just a slight ache.
I felt very bloated but thats calming down, and scales are coming down. (They went up half a stone)
Dressings still on, they come off wednesday.
Was anyone else quite itchy within. The first week or so?

I’ve just had a ba, I’m 5,4 9 stone 6 and a small 34b before I just had 350cc high profile round and I was stuck between 350 and 375 I went under the muscle and I’m just under two weeks post op and you loose around 25-50cc under the muscle and I’m very happy with my size , I tried on a bra and it was a 32c and it fit but I think may be slightly to small , but I won’t be able to fully tell until a few months is old say go with the 350 or 375 cc hope this helps xx

Hi Rach, how have you found the recovery? I’m 11 days post-op and still feeling strange pains. Are you happy with your results? I haven’t seen mine properly yet as I still have dressings on but the shape seems to be changing a lot, they actually seen smaller than I imagined at the moment but I think it might just be part of the ‘drop and fluff’ so I’m trying to trust the process and be patient! x

Hi, I was wondering if anyone can help me. I’m nearly 2 weeks post op and not experienced much pain apart from some rib pain by the side which feels like a pinching or a bruised swollen pain on my right boob by my ribs. Did anyone else experience this pain? I’m booked in for my post op appointment with the nurse in 2 days and was just wondering if anyone else had experienced this pain? I also had a c-section and felt I recovered from that more than this but I did spend 5 days in hospital after. It’s amazing how much we use our arms and chest muscles for everyday jobs. But opening and closing doors is quite painful and I can’t lift my right arm high. I don’t know if it’s normal or not. Tia 🙂

Hi, can I ask what a reductive uplift is? I currently have 350cc with a rupture that I am having replaced at the end of September. I am looking at going smaller as well, 275cc which I see you got. I had mine done over a year ago. Had 375cc over high profile. I’ve got some pictures on old threads. I personally wish I had gone a bit smaller and will likely change them before the 10 years or even have them removed. Trouble was I didn’t really know what I wanted when I got them done and now wish I’d gone for a more natural look but everyone is different. I was a small B 5ft 3 and 8 stone.

I’m now approx 8 weeks post op and still healing. It’s not painful anymore but I’m still wearing dressing & have been provided with dressings to change at home.

The right nipple scab has mostly fallen away but there are white patches that have lost pigment however the pigment seems to be slowly coming back

The left nipple apparently is necrotic but I wasn’t suppose to know that as when I asked the surgeon he said no but when I saw the nurse she let it slip that I have a necrotic nipple!! The nipple was fully scabbed over and very small in comparison to the right. From research it looks like the skin shrinks under the scab. I believe this to be true as the edges of the areola are starting to come away from the scab and are red and partially pigmented.

I’m super fed up with this process especially with appointments being cancelled at the day before.

One minute I’m being told by someone I’m a slow healer the next I’m a fast healer! The information I’m being given isn’t consistent and is contradictory which is frustrating. At the end of the day it’s hard to stay positive when the information given isn’t reliable. I just wish someone would tell me the truth

Plus going by the forums there isn’t many people sharing their stories and I know they are out there but no one’s speaking up.
