I started off a 32d and had 505cc low profiles,i’am 5’4 size 10/12 clothes.My boob’s are now a 32ff and they look fantastic,i would be very upset if they had been any smaller because they really don’t seem that big and are well in proportion but i did say in the 1st few wks i wish i had gone bigger.I would say go bigger because if you don’t you will be very upset paying all that money if you think they are too small.I’am now 6 months post op and love my new boob’s,my only regret is that i did’nt do it years ago!

No i think there is maybe another 1 or 2 between 460 and 505cc but not sure cos i don’t hear of many people having 505cc so i did’nt know they did that until the surgeon reccommened that size.

thanks for the comments…. im so inbetween minds atm really want to go for the 460’s but if i wake up and they are hugeee im going to be mortified but at the same time if i go for the 410’s wake up and they’r tiny ill be gutted, just cant win can you!
so many girls on here have said that implants dont look as big as real boobs so if i did end up a f it wouldnt look as big as a natural f right??
only got a couple of weeks left need to make my mind up ahh xx

Mine really do not look an ‘F’ even though I am wearing this size of bra. I have found that I am having to buy bigger bras to fit the circumfernce of the implants (700ccs) but they dont fit snuggly over the bust (peaks a bit). Mine definately look more of an E/DD. Had 340ccs before and the only difference I have found with the 700’s is a bigger circumference and they fill under my arms more.I did have them under the muscle though so they probably look slightly smaller than they would have looked having them over also I had no boobs to start with initially. hey nikki11 ! im about 5″6″ and about the same size as yourself 8/10 and im going for the same size inplants as your self ! im not in for the op untill 2nd ocotber and im feeling the same as yourself ! i dont no if i have gone to big! i just dont want to wake up and fink omg the are to small! i fink they should be fine! good luck on the day i hope it all goes well! would you let me no how you get on please thank you xxxxxx

i was 32b and had 410overs, i was told ill be a 32dd and im now 12days post op and i think theyre dd if not a bit bigger, so i think if ur starting with a c 460overs may take u to a full E…but everyones body is different, its not as straight forward as going from a b to d, implant sizes dont directly corrolate with bra sizes, so all our answers here are estimations only….the shape of ur breats also plays an important part, for eg, tubular breasts (triangula rather than round) will fill a bra differently to round breasts so if ur surgeon has suggested 460overs he would have taken your measurements and shape into consideration….hope this helps.x

I also went for my biggest option 380cc – overs. Im 6 days post op now and they look full yet very natural and suit my body. Im soo glad I went for this size!

Mr Adamo advised that I could have 380cc overs, I am a little worried they will be too big, i’m 5ft 3″ and size 6 too. Mine’s booked for the 16 Sept, cannot wait!!!!

Go with what mr kazzazi thinks will look best cos i did-he advised me to have 505cc and i thought they would be too big but i love them and so glad i followed his advise.

sure, i was a 32b (5″7, size and now im about 32dd/e but im not sure if its dd or e yet as i havent been measured properly yet (about 5days post op). blieve me, its all over so quick on the day you wont even realise where the time went. xxx

I am pretty much the same stats as you, 5ft 3.5″ size 6-8 and currently size 32b, I’m having 380cc overs, so that would make me approxiamately a 32d/dd??
Do you find it hard finding nice bras for that size?? I’ve been looking around for bras that I will be able to wear once I have the op, but cannot find any for a 32dd!!!

Gosh im really shocked that you are so big, thats made me think now. Id be really pleased with a DD+. I bet you love them! i have been looking for bras to, and i havent seen the size that i think i will need. Its the smaller back with a bigger cup, that i think we will all struggle to find. x x x

Do you know – I havent even started looking as I cant buy any for 6 wks when my size is definate. There are lots on ebay that size? lol! I did buy a 32DD sports bra for post op that I put on yesterday but despit the extra 2 inches I found it rubbed my scars so much that I only lasted an hour!

and yes – 30 back is difficult at a B but la senza do them and apparently primark have a new range coming out that goes from 28 inc upwards though I havent seen this in stores yet.

Glad everything went well. I was hoping to see your post today. I’m having my BA tomorrow with Mr. Kazzazi in Doncaster. Nerves still haven’t kicked in! Still really excited. Its made me feel so much more at ease reading all your positive comments about Mr. Kazzazi, so THANK YOU.
Are you all strapped up? Does that mean you won’t wear a bra until you back to see the nurse a week later? I’ve bought a couple of different sizes but not sure if I need to take them tomorrow?
On Saturday were you laid up or okay to walk around and do things?

Stay excited there is absolutely nothing to worry about. Yes I am strapped up but to be fair I’m glad cos it gives you lots of support which I think you need, it makes you feel more secure. Your nipples are sticking through but at least you can get an idea of them. I go back wed to get strapping off then you put on your bra, no need to take bras in for your BA cos you wont need them. You can get up and walk around as soon as you feel ready, I came home sat morning, I have stayed in bed a bit and glad I have as I think I am picking up better cos of that. Mr Kazzazi says dont do anything for a few days and he is right, you will love him.

You have to sleep sitting up but you do get used to it and lets face it its only for a few days you know what they say BEAUTY IS PAIN, NO PAIN NO GAIN – I bet you cant wait.

Good luck for tomorrow you will be fine and and very good hands.

Give your boobs a good 6 -12 months. I had my first BA’s for 10 years and after 12 months they were soft and dropped nicely. You will find they are hard and ”up there” for quite a few months….however after a few years beleive me they drop further so enjoy them being firm and high. Always wear a good bra and your boobies should do you proud xx

I’d give it a good 6 months. I regularly massaged my boobs which helped. Its funny as you were just like me all those years ago…oh when will they soften and fall in to place i use to say to myself…then ”when they do” you think mmm I liked them being firm and ”up there”. Will us women ever be happy.. hehe. Glad everything went ok. If you have any questions then dont hesitate to ask. emmaxx

hehehe…no we will NEVER B HAPPY! lol dont we have to replace them after 10-15 years? if so, u can have them hard and up there again! thanks for ur reply though, u saved me from looking in the mirror and groping myself every 2mins.hehehe….(only 3days post op!)

Hehe you make me laugh!!! Its recommended to change them after 10 – 15 years but i dont think you have to…not too sure though???. After 10 years I needed them hard and up there again hehe!!! hence 2nd BA 9 weeks ago!! yep hard and up there again…better get massaging hehe xxxx

2nd time round was sooo much easier. The pain wasn’t half as bad as with the 1st BA I think because you now have a pocket there (increase of breast tissue). I also noticed I never had drains with the 2nd BA and was never bandaged up (big plus point). I just found recovery time was quicker.With the 1st BA I was totally monged out on the painkillers and couldnt move properly for days. I think 2nd time round you sort of know what to expect and how you will feel when you wake up but its so much easier. The only thing thats different on me is the scar is longer as the implant is bigger. I was never told to massage its just something I found helped with softening my boobs. I wanted to keep my old implants but at Highgate for hygeine reasons they do not allow you to take them home. I Think they are destroyed in clinical waste.xx

May I ask, how is the swelling going?? I keep imaging the swelling to be up to your chin or something like that!! I’m hoping when I have mine done that I will be feeling right as rain after a few days?? Is that not the case at all?? I’m just getting really nervous, and my op isnt until another month yet!!!!

i had only a bit of swelling day 1 and 2, and its all gone now! i felt fine for the past few days (day 5now) and theres nothing too worry about trust me….BUT i was exactly like u b4 mine, very nervous and scared a bit but believe me ull be in very very safe hands and everything will be fine! ull feel some discomfort when sleeping or getting off ur seat etc….but nothing major, its day 5 and ive started doing the usual things for myslef and i feel fine. if u have any particular questions dont hesitate to ask, i know what its like, even minor things can stress u out b4 hand so ask away.

Oh my …I just read the brochure I was given just before op and it said that you couldnt take them home so never asked. I wish I had now as they were 10 years old!!!!! Was going to frame them!!! hehe xx I’ll wait until 3rd boob job and ask for the 2nd set.(i wish I’d better get saving!!) Thanks for your reply xx

Hi princess, had my BA 6 weeks ago and had 340 unders so they felt prettttty firm after the op haha, they feel A LOT softer now though and have definately moved down slightly since the op. Oh and noticed a few people were wondering about massaging them… had one of my post-op checks with the nurse a couple of days ago and she did mention massaging them as the increased blood flow helps soften them etc. and it also helps the nerve endings go back to normal so you can get all the feeling back. Speaking of which has anyone got any numb patches or did you and have they gone away now? 6 weeks on and some patches particularly on the lower half of my boobs are still quite numb.. hoping this goes away quick! xx

I havent had a very good credit rating and was worried about loans, it may be worth trying Best for loans, they are quite good, we actually got accepted by them tonight and the money should be in the bank by end of week ;~)

We got refused from somewhere else last week and were advised to go through these which we have and its worked out well. Hpe this helps xx

I am a 32b (empty) because of pregnancy, i am also 8stone, 5″3, i am having 410cc overs on wednesday and was told to expext to fill a dd, i have a feeling i am going to be an E though because mr singh is known for giving bigger than expected lol..
I think 410cc with deffinatly give you an E if your a pert 32b

Hiya. I was a 32a and had 340ccs under the muscle this gave me a 32c/D. I then had 700ccs (under)this made me a 32f/E. I would think a 525cc on a 32b would make you an E cup if you have them over….I’m not too sure a 410cc will acheive an E cup??….I’m no expert though xx

Hi Emma I see you had 340ccs under the muscle similar to me and then you moved to 700ccs. I had surgery 6 weeks ago and feel result was not as i expected. What process did you go through to go larger and was this change considered part of the original treatment?

Hi everyone, Does anyone know whats the next sizeup from 460? im just 5ft, size 6, 7 stone. Ive had 2 kids and breast fed and left me with an empty 30A. I went to an e when breast feeding and loved them. Want to be an E. Im booked in for 2nd sept at highgate with mr adamo. I dont think a 460 will get me to an E, and am thinking of asking to be the next size up, does anyone know what it is? Thank you x x x x

I had my 340ccs for 10 years. As my breast tissue had increased over this time I had more room for a bigger implant years later(this is what Mr Singh said).
When I had the 340ccs this was ”at that time” the maximum I could have. I feel having the 700ccs under the muscle (I had no room for overs) has made the implant look smaller so a little disappointed now the swelling has gone down. Unfortunately for me Until my breast tissue increases again I have no more room for any more CC’s!!!!! Arrrgh hehe xxx

Have you had a look at a 525cc. Its approx half a size bigger than a 460cc (125cc is classed as cup size approx). I’m not sure of the sizes between a 460cc and 525cc but for example if there was a 485cc (just guessing) then there would not be much difference between a 460cc and 480cc. I can only talk from experience but I would always go a little bit bigger as you get sooo use to your new boobs. xx

Hi Emma, thanks for that. Have you already had your BA? what size did you have or are having? How do i go about asking for a bigger size now then? As i am booked in for 2nd sept. And i want to be as big as they can poss get me. I am really scared of being disappointed, and wouldnt want to have to have a second done. Do i ask my pc? as i want a 525 now i think?xx

Hi Lucy, i’m exactly the same height as you, but I’m 7st 10lb and size 8. I’m having 350cc low profile overs. He suggested low profiles for the width as I already have alot of breast tissue, he said if I wanted high profile I’d need at least 460cc for the same width as the 350cc low profile. I just assumed 460cc would look ridiculously big for such a small height but I’m having second thoughts after reading about you, maybe it won’t look silly and he’d allow me to do it.

yes I had 2nd BA 9 weeks ago. I had 700ccs 2nd time round this has taken me to a 32f/e. I would definately speak to your PC. At the end of the day a BA is a lot of money and you as a patient must be happy with the size you want etc. My first BA I had 340ccs (I was a 32a to start with took me to a 32c/d). I had both BA’s under the muscle which has hidden the implant a bit. If I’d have had the 700ccs over (if I’d have had the room) then I’m sure they would have looked bigger. A bit disappointed with size after swelling as they dont’ look massive. They have increased in circumference not particularly outwards. If I’d have had the room I would have gone bigger.xx

Hi Rio, I know what you mean. I originally went to Little Aston- The spire ( a different company) Where my mom and aunty had theirs done. He told me because i was so small he would do me 280cc under the muscle and with mx tear drops. He told me that there was no way possible that i could be any bigger. My mom is only 5ft, to but about 9st and she had 410cc, and she is only wearing a c/d bra. So i was gutted and decided i wanted to look into a different surgeon. I went to see Mr adamo and he suggested a 460 and i bit his hand of. Lol. But that was his first option and he told me id be a dd prob bigger, but he wouldnt say in case i got my hopes up. I would of said that they would look ridiculous, but when i breast fed i got measurred at m&s and they said i was an e! i thought i was about a c tops. No joke me and my sister put a bet on before i was measurred. They really didnt look that big, my visions of an E is huge. But they arent. Always op bigger to avoid disappointment x x

Hi Emma, Wow a 700cc, that sounds massive!!! Have you been measurred now? How big are you? I was reading today how big Katie price went to when she was at her biggestest and they reckon she had over a 1000cc. I wold love really big boobs, but i am realy quite small framed. What made you have a 2nd one? I did ask for the biggest he could get me and he suggested a 460. But ive since decided a 525, so i think im goingto txt my pc. Does the surgeon double check with you on the day or are they pre ordered?
