    Hiya Lucyloo,
Yes my boobs are fuller under the arms and bras do push them together..the 340cc’s were a bit wide apart the 700ccs have given me a bit more cleavage . I feel a 525cc will fill you out nicely especially having them over.. I think you will be happy with this size ..it really does make a difference having over .
From the back you can now see the shape of my boobs which does look nice due to the larger ‘circle” they have filled under my arms more.
Talking of children I had a baby 2 years ago and its soo funny when implants fill up with milk especially after birth they go rock hard!! I felt like they were going to explode!!! Never breast fed though as a few of my friends breast fed with implants and they rippled and went mis-, shapen wasn’t taking the chance!!!.The re-op was more money

Hi Lucyloo- and anyone else who has breastfed and ended up with saggy boobs!Have you also got to have an uplift with your implants or just the b/a?I cannot afford an uplift and harley street said I borderline for needing one but would have to wit to see surgeon to see what he says.I have only been to initial consultation with MYA and they didn’t look at my boobs so she didn’t make any suggestions but said it would be Dr.Singh who would be able to tell me.I am sooooooooo scared he will say I need an uplift cos we just don’t have the money and i can’t bear looking like this:(

Hi Soniarobin, I’ve had 2 kids and breastfed one of them for 6 months but luckily don’t need an uplift. If the other surgeon says you’re borderline then that’s good news cos they’ll prob let you go ahead with just the ba. I’ve seen many pics of girls with saggy boobs where I would definitely have thought they’d need a lift then you see the end result and it’s amazing what difference an implant alone can make. Best of luck!!

Lucyloo, let us know what Mr Adamo says about the 525cc, hope you can get what you want hun

    Hi Soniarobin.

No i have seen 2 different surgeons and they both said that i dont need an uplift. You can just have a different style implant. One surgeon offered me a teardrop mx with extra projection, and the other offered me high profile. I have choosen to have the high profile, to give me back that bit at the top as i have got nothing at the top anymore, you can even see my breast bone! lol. He has chosen a 460 implant for me, but i am currently attempting to get them to agree to the 525! Keep us updated as to what they say. He referred to mine as droopy! how embarrassing, and then went on to tell me that my left is droopier than the right! xx
Rio- im pushing for them! im waiting for the pc to get back to me. Fingers crossed, i’ll let you know babe. xx

    Hi darling,
I understand where you are coming from. My husband has used money left to him in an heritance to pay for my BA and i’ve been made redundant from one of my jobs. However, you only live once and my hubby is so fed up with me keep going on about my little boobs!! Do something for yourself and don’t feel about it.

Hi KT, im the same as you. Ive not long had my 2nd child and im currently on maternity leave but ive taken 12 months so my maternity money has stopped. My partner has his own business that is quite slow at the minute due to the industry slowing down, and he has to pay all the bills morgage shopping, feed our 2 kids etc…
I have been saving a little bit each month for 12 months now, and finally have the full amount to be able to walk in and pay it straight off with cash. And i do feel well maybe i should spend it on my children. However we have not long come back from 2 weeks in Egypt which i paid for out of my maternity pay out. I just trhink its something ive always wanted, i had 2 children in the space of 2 years and they ruined my boobs, and its a little something i want to do for myself. Suzanne is right you do only live once, and do you know what, if you wait and think i’ll wait untill this happens, there will always be something else and then your never findthe right time.
The big thing for me was that i am paying for it myself, i want it so im paying for it.
Sorry to of gone on, just do it, its something that you need to do for yourself, and your bf will prob be happy if it gives you that extra bit of confidence.

    Hi KT

Mr Adamo is also doing my op on the 19 August at Highgate! I’m a 36 small B at the mo, and would like to go to a small D so i’m having 380cc overs too!
I live in Bournemouth, so about a 2 hour drive to Highgate, my hubby is probably going to book into the IBIS at Wembley as i’ve been told it’s a 10 minute drive from there. It’s about

ive booked at the national hotel opposite the raglan, because its only my partner who will be staying there its no big deal and its

The Comfort Inn hotel is where my husband stayed, he had a two night deal with full english included! Was only a few minutes from the hospital. If you are unable to get a space within the hospital car park – the lady on the front desk will give you a parking permit which will allow you to go and park on the main road. Depends on what time you get there as well. I arrived for 12 noon, but I didn’t actually go down to theatre until after 2pm! So be prepare for a wait! The hospital is lovely though. Nice staff and lovely food!

    Hi everyone,
I didnt realise there was so much difference in price for bigger implants. When i went for my initial consultation i was advised and i agreed that probably 525cc overs would give me what i was looking for and i would be about a DD cup. As i have thought about things since i wonder whether really i should go bigger but when i talked to Dr Singh about it he said that i probably would not be able to go that much more as i didnt have enough tissue there.
Now thinking if i could go bigger how much extra it would cost me and would it suit me to go above a DD

    hi jacqui
i feel much better this morning thank you! had a very good night last night. i moved from my bed to the recliner sofa, its so much like a hospital bed.lol its very comfy that way, ill defo suggest u use it instead of the bed if u have one (if not u dont really need one, just use a lotta pillows and ull b fine). i dont have any bruising at all and my right implant is dropping a little already and is less hard to the touch which is good. and ur right the itching i was told is a very good sign. :) are you getting overs or unders? i got overs and with that its much less likely that you will bruise BUT even if ur getting unders the bruises will go away on their own and if u want to use anything regarding that i really recommend u ask ur pc first, they may suggest a cream instead of tablets so that they dont intefere with ur antibiotics or painkillers.
anything u wanna know, let me know.

    hi KT

im only 2days post op so i have to say im not 100% comfy or anything BUT im not as nearly uncomfy as i thought i would be, every1 is different but i personally feel ok. im not sleeping sitting up, but ive got two pillows that i rest my back on and im using the recliner sofa coz its like a hospital bed and so easy to change ur position during sleep so i prefer that to the bed. id say im kind of leaning back when i sleep but not 100% flat on my back. the swelling isnt so bad either, the implants are a bit hard to the touch and kind of defying gravity perfectly at the mo.lol but not too bad, it takes a few days to a few weeks to be able to get the final result and for the implants to drop a bit and soften up. i was assured by mr adamo that the basketball look is not permanent. so dont worry, ull be fine! :) i also have no bruising or excessive pain or stretch marks or anything else that worried me b4 hand.lol hope this helps.

its definately the best idea to talk it out with him, uve carried 4kids and no doubt it would have taken its toll on ur body and ur mind, this will help u physically and emotionally improve, i really doubt he would resent u for trying to restore ur confidence and happiness by doing this BA. u know him and ur relationship best but from a 3rd person’s point of view, u have nothing to feel guilty about! try to keep a positive attitude and show him what this means to u, if he sees u happy then hell be happy. he wouldnt have agreed to this in the first place if deep down he didnt want u to go ahead?! be excited and put negative thoughts out of ur mind, sounds to me like u diserve it!

    Hi Soniarobin,

In answer to your question, although i have breast fed 3 children, i am very fortunate that the shape of my breasts are still quite good (probably because they are not very big, and i’ve been quite lucky and never put much weight on, apart from being pregnant and then only putting on a max of a stone each time) and therefore i don’t need an uplift as well. I’m having 380cc overs, on 19th August. I’m a 36 small B at the moment, and been told that this should take me to a D cup. I’m sure that your hubby will be over the moon when you get it done! Although my hubby says he is quite happy with the way i am now, i know that he is looking forward to me being a bit bigger!!! :)
