hiya. almost same measurments to me, i had 380cc implants partially under the muscle 10 days ago. i am about a 34/32d at the moment! hope this helps. your surgeon should giv you a good range of implants to chose from at your consultation.

hi there my surgeon has almost refused to go bigger than a 315cc implant, i was not at all happy with this and have managed to get him to agree to a 335, but my prefrence was a 360, the same as my friend had only last week, im a bit dissapointed as he wont try for me, but im booked in now, at first he only wanted to put in a 200 and odd size, and i point blank refused, iv told him im not wanting to go no smaller then the 335 but would prefer the 360, fingers crossed im booked in for a couple of weeks time xx

thre will be a good reason your surgeon wont put a bigger implant in. trust him. he knows more than you. 360 is a BIG implant if you are very flat to start with. your better off having smaller more natural looking boobs than huge ones that look stuck on and stretch your skin too much. which surgeon are you having?

im a 34aa/ (small) a, im 5ft 11 and weigh about 10stone, wear size 8-10. my surgeon mr traynor offered me the 300, 340 and 380 cc which would bring me to a full C/ small D. i decided to go with the 380cc overs when i met him a few ago. but after thinking about it, i was worried that i would be paying all this money and going through a loada pain, to be unhappy about my size. so i rang my pc, and she said she would order the 410cc aswell and my surgeon will decided on the day of my op if he’ll use them or not. but its not looking hopeful to be honest! my pc thinks he might not be able to fit them in my chest, so ill probs have to settle for the 380cc which im not really that happy about cuz id like to be a full D! on the other hand, i dont wana come out at the end of it all with a chest like victoria beckhams! hers are horrendous! so maybe the smaller ones would be better lol! 11 days to go! eek!

i know how u feel lisa! ive read sooo many comments on here about how many women are unhappy with their size! and i really dont want to be one of them!!
i mean, how did the celebs like jordan and mariah carey get such large implants? cuz their boobs were def no where near that big before their ops?!!

I was a 32a, 5’5, 9 stone and size 8 before. Mr traynor offered me 300 340 and 380, but said he might struggle with the 380. Did you look at the implants that you wanted? Only because when i saw the 380 i was put off immediatly as they were huge on me!! I think it all depends on frame as well because if you’re like me and only have a small waist (24inch) then your surgeon will take that into account. I went for the 340cc Im only 5 days post op but tried a bra on y’day and it was a 34dd, i think i’ll settle to be a 32c/32d! xx

there is only so big that you can go depending on how much room there is for the implant. ask the surgeon to take you to as big as you can go, you dont want to push it as you are at more risk of complications. my pc at mya told me about jordans (one of their surgeons mr sing did them) and she had to have a couple of ops before she could get that big, it wasnt done at once. you defo want to get your moneys worth but also get a good result. i wouldnt get too hung up on cup size either. i am 8 weeks post op and i got measured last week as a c at one shop and a dd at another. as long as they are look big enough and in proprtiton with your body then thats all that matters xxxxx

hi all im new at this and ive just booked myself for a consultaion, im 23years old and ive had a child, i was neva big in the first place and im even smaller now! im a 32a and im soooooo looking forward to get new boobs!! but i see you guys saying 300 0r 360 i dont get what that means? can you help me understand ? i want to go to a c cup im a very small frame size 6 and only 5ft3 i dont want a b cause it wont look any diff im always wereing fillets in my bra and i think its about time i get the real things lol, would a c cup look ok on me or is that to small?

It may be worth bearing in mind also that Jordan started out as a c cup so she did have fair size natural boobs so alot more tissue to work with. I’m sure the surgeon will take you as big as he possibly can as far as your body allows, trust him hun x

I am 5ft 2 and a 6-8 with 22inch waist. I asked my consultant for d/dd I am a 30B at the moment and although I have room for a big size he said no to a DD cup. I didnt want the vic Beck look either just full boobs! So he recommened 380cc over and said I would be around a D. I am now hoping these wont be too big but I told him my expectations and I think you need to trust your surgeon. They know your limitations and it is different for everyone.

hiya,i am 34b mr kazzazi offred me 410 unders which wud of made me 34d but he said 460s wud look much better which will make 34dd.i am goin ahead with the bigger ones as i trust he knows what hes talken about.

Always go bigger. You get sooo use to implants. I had a 32a and had 340ccs under the muscle wanted bigger at the time but this was the maximum the surgeon would put in (32c/d after). I saw Mr Singh at MYA years later as I had heard he does big boobs(he did jordans years ago). Now I have 700cc (32f) but to be honest they don’t look that big. Just bigger in circumfernce not outwards!!! I saw a surgeon before him who said a 525 would acheive what I wanted however I’m so glad I chose Mr Singh as a 525cc would only have made me a DD looking at my boobs now, so I would have been disappointed.When I woke up after my 1st BA I thought wow how big are they…..however after a year what was big becomes normal beleive me hence 2nd BA. I am 5’7 and am a size 6 weigh 8 stone 4 (after new implants)

Hi lisa! I sound quite a similar height and weight etc to you,.. I was a 32aa before i had surgery [6 weeks ago now!] and i had 340cc under the muscle which was the slightly bigger out of the two options i had [was offered either 300cc or 340cc] and when i went to get measured for a bra a couple of weeks ago i found out i’m a 30dd/e! They don’t actually look that big in clothes though, I’d say they look a full d. Regardless of their measurment though I am so so happy with them, i’d definately go for the slightly bigger of the two sizes though! xx

Sarahmantio-you have prob by now found out what the cc means-it the size of implants you can get.I think 125 cc is approx half a cup size, however , each person is different and different shaped implants create different looks and different surgeons will tell you different sizes they feel appropriate and safe and achievable.I have only had two initial consultations with2different companies and both told me different things.I am waiting for my seocnd consultation with MYA -Dr.Singh to see if I feel comfortable with them and to see if they can give me the look I want without an uplift-another company said I defo needed uplift but i can’t afford it.I think a c cup would be fine on you, you are very slim so I think any bigger may look a bit’fake’ so if you want to look in proportion a c cup will be adequate.However,if you look on this forum often enough the only complaint I have read is that girls wished they had gone bigger-never smaller!!Best advice I have had?Look at before and after photos of b/a and see what boobs that look like yours look great after surgery-how you want them-take photos to surgeon so he can see exactly what you want to look like:)Sonia xx

im 5’5 and was 32a, i was the same as you by wanting them to look natural and my surgeon gave me 3 options 300cc 340cc and 380cc. he told me that he may not be able to fit the 380cc in and that was fine by me as when i saw them i thought they where massive and heavy! I ordered the 300cc and the 340cc for the day and decided to go for the 340cc as i had them under the muscle completely and didint want to wonder what it would have been like bigger! My op was 2 days ago and with the swelling im a d cup so i think that i’ll end up a c. I’m a bit taller than you though, my stats after ba are 34-23-34 if you want to compare! good luck and I hope this helps!!ps whens is ur op?xxx

I am still in two minds which to go for – the 300’s or the 340’s – there seemed to be quite a lot of different in the weight of the two and if i can avoid it, i dont like wearing bras at the weekend and im worred that the 340’s might be too heavy? How do yours feel now you have had them for a while, are you used to the extra weight???

Im 6 days post op and i think the hardest part is over now. I feel great my boobs look amazing in a vest top but still a little odd looking bare as they are swollen and quite high up! Im really happy with the results though! I keep brushing my arm up against them and it feels weird cos i never had any boobs to do that with before!!
I dont want to sway your decision too much about which size but all i can say is i dont really want mine to shrink as the selling goes. They really look in good proporation to me! As i had them under the muscle they dont feel heavy but more that the muscle is tight so it does make my back ache a bit as my shoulders are pulled forward…im sure this will change as time goes on and i can move more. Im also not a big bra fan…i think I will only need to wear one to push them together in low cut tops though as they hardly move at the moment! Read up on everyone elses experience of size and they mostly wish they went for the bigger option or they are glad that they did, this might help you decide as it did me!xxx

Thanks for the info. I really cant make my mind up. Too big, too small, too heavy – im in a tis-was ! You said above that you have been getting a back ache, this isn’t something that they said could happen in my consultation, but i suppose everyone is different. Do they feel like they are pulling down all the time and are you always aware that they are there? Or have you got used to them now? Sorry, sooooo many questions! I think I will visit them again at mya, before i make a decision, just to have another go at sampling the sizes. If i decide to go ahead, my surgeon will be Mr Adamo – who did yours and at which branch?

Think 340’s would have been better but whne I got to the hospitsl they had ordered 300’s instead

the back ache was more beacause i was stiff and not moving around much, also i have to lay in the same position at night so it gets numb! Im 7 days post op now and its much better! They dont feel heavy at all and then swellimg has reduced loads! I am still aware that they are there as i still get twinges of pain and my movement still restricted a bit, but they feel alot less foreign then before. I dont feel pulled down as much now either (although my muscles under my arms are still very tight) My surgeon was Mr Traynor at the manchester Branch.xx

I had my ba on the 1st with Mr Adamo at highgate. I am exactly the same stats as you and had what they have suggested for you ,300cc pu and high profile. The size is very natural, the swelling will continue to go down and they haven’t completely dropped yet.

I asked Mr Adamo if there was a size between 300’s and 340’s and he said there was a 310, but there were more expensive. What ones are you going for to get the 325’s?

they are cohesive silicone gel and they are allergan so if they were to rupture the gel wouldnt leak into the breast

thanks for your well wishes! I’m feeling much better today after a good nights sleep in my own bed. The pain is much less today and i feel a lot more mobile. The hardest part is sitting up from laying down position and laying back down again, but once i’m there i’m fine! I’m glad my story helped give you and idea of what to expect sarah, I found everyones’ stories on here really helpful!
Lorah I was told that not wearing a bra is a relatively new idea that some surgeons prefer (usually when under the muscle). Its supposed to be so that the implant falls into place faster and for a more natural look. I think it depends on the size of the implant though. My surgeon said that he experiences more problems with the scar’s healing when woman wear bra’s.
Kelly i went from a 32a and hope to achieve a 32c (although i havent measured yet) My implant size was 340cc and went under the muscle. All i can say is GO FOR IT!!Although i’ve had them for just 2 days its been the best decision i’ve made and i just can’t wait to wear some nice new dresses and tops without the chicken fillets!!

Who was your sergeon, and where u get ur operation.. ive got myn on the 22july i’m so frightend its been worrying me.. the more it gets closer to the date the more i feel i wana back out… but i dnt really i cnt wait to chuck my chicken fillets tooo…looooool.. its so bad when you cant wear a proper sexy bra and for it to look. i cnt get any cleavige at all its terrible i’m going to a 380cc breast inplant at hightgate i cnt wait but i’m so scared as i’ve neva had an operation beofre .. im scared with the anastesia how did that go??(if you dnt mind) .. i hpe u recover more and tek it easy. tek cre xx

My surgeon was mr traynor at manchester lifestyle hospital. I didnt actually get nervous until the day of the op! Try not to work yourself up to much hun, you’ll do great and it will be so worth it! The anathestic was fine…the nurses are really good at relaxing you before you have it and the needle doesnt hurt much more than a scratch! It was my first time under GA and the first time ive been in hospital before too! The anathesiologist just said to me “You’ll feel something cold going up your arm, then a funny taste in your mouth and then you will drop off” that is excatly what happened. I blinked a couple of times then fell asleep. Waking up i had an itchy nose and i tried to get up but a nurse will be there when you come around so dont worry! coming home you’ll be knackered for the first few days so just rest loads take it slowly getting up too… Im 4 days post op and i went on my first outing with my new boobs to ASDA today lol…Had to have a nap when i got home!! So hunny only 17 days left to go for you woohoo!! Im feeling tonns beter today with lots more energy! thanks n keep me posted!xx

I also had this, but i 100% never had a credit check, I did not give my bank details untill it was confirmed i would be allowed the finance, so they had literally no details on me.. apart from my name and address, which even if they tried to credit check me through my name and address, it is my mothers address where im staying, not my acual addresss, so nothing would match to confirm a credit check.

My pc phoned the finance department and asked if i could have the finance if i payed the

hi laluu, im booking my op on monday for august. had my consultations, im a small b too and im 5’1 size 8/10. When i went to see the surgeon he gave me a choice of three sizes 340/380/410, but like you i want to be a dd/e so i went for the largest size 410 but now im strating to think it might be to small after going with my friend the other day when she had her ba,she had 410 overs but shes already a c cup.i love the size she is now.With me already being a small b and having my ba partially under the muscle i think mine wont be as big as my friends. I have spoke to mya on the phone yesterday and iv asked for them to order 460 size which is the next size up but she said she would order but the surgeon will decided in theatre what size to put in as there might not be enough room for the 460 as im small. so im happy with that. Going to pay my deposit on monday to secure my place. Big boobies here i come haha …hope this helps and you understand it.
