I wore an M&S sports bra in a 32DD but I wear a 32F-G depending wear, bra xx

Asda do a brilliant zip up one, asda M&S. The hook and eye asda ones aren’t very supportive but the zip up is a proper sports bra. The M&S I found were the best 🙂 xx

Babe, I’m 7 weeks and I’m in real bra’s. I am an F in one cup, a FF/G in the other cup. They are noticeably much more different than yours are,don’t stress xxxxx

The nurse was worried about the severe bruising that appeared a few days ago on my left but the surgeon took a look and said it was fine 🙂 they’re healing better and the left bruising is definitely settling 🙂 xxx

@melissamilosev I was a day patient hun, I’m nearly 4 weeks PO. I was a 10am admission time, went down about 11, and discharged about 3.30. I was an empty 32b/c and had 400cc overs. I seem to be settling at a DD/E (in sports bras anyway) so if you only want a D/DD, you might go much bigger with those implants? Obviously I ain’t an expert though haha 🙂 xxx

@kay88 Yeah babe they have changed, too much! My sports bras keep going too big so I need to buy more haha! My bank balance isn’t impressed haha. I did go to the nurse today who got the surgeon to have a look because of my bruising etc she was concerned but he said I’d had a bleed looks like from a bang and he isn’t concerned because it’s healing (the bruise) so there won’t be anything wrong and he’d only be concerned if the bruises weren’t healing. Yay. It’s re swollen my left though so its going to take me even longer to get even boobs and my left to settle lol. Xxx hope you’re well xxx

They looked incredible for a week! Mine don’t look that good at three and a half weeks lol. I was surprised they let her wear no bra for the take as I thought the channel would have to promote it properly? She was so brave though! I hated seeing ehr squirm for the lipo, I thought they sedated you for lipo?! @amylouk are you nervous after watching that? @amy03 it’s on channel 4 on a Wednesday so it’ll be available online or somewhere 🙂 @dannii1984 tell me about it! He was mental. He spent more on his procedures than my house is worth! Lol. The fact no surgeon would operate on a 4th nose job said so much to me, I couldn’t believe he kept going until he found one who would! xx

It’s hard. My two and a half year old loves doc mcstuffins so I said to her, mummy is poorly princess and the docs need to look after her. She won’t be able to cuddle, just like chilly couldn’t cuddle when he got mystery pox in doc doc and she took to it straight away 🙂 she lay on my legs and stroked my hair, held my hands and things xxx

I had the same problem! I had a blouse that was fine or I had a black vest top which JUST about covered my sports bra cos of its shape. The side was out a bit but as they were both black, I got away with it. So I wore a vest top with a leather skirt, accessories and big heels so it dressed a vest top up a bit 🙂 have a good night xxx

Hey hun, I have a 2 and a half year old and a 5 month old. for the first 13 days I avoided lifting completely, and stayed at mum mums but at day 13, we went home. I found it hard to lift at first but was okay after a few more days. I went back to work in childcare 2 weeks and 2 days and was great lifting. I’ll be honest though, yesterday (3+2) and today (3+3) ive really struggled to hold my son when he’s feeding a bottle with my left arm. Hope that’s some help xxx I had 400cc overs by the way xxx

My left incision is really sore too 🙁 can’t wait to see the nurse later xx

They look fab babe! Your incisions look great. My incisions are still bright red. The difference between 1 and 4 weeks is unreal! xx

@kay88 My left one is the same honey, it’s much bigger and still not settled or anything. I put some pics of my bruising on the forum yesterday, it’s getting worse so I’m hoping it settles soon. Hows yor bruising? I’m going to go look at your pics now 🙂 xxx

Ive never heard of arnica tablets? I was just worried because it’s getting worse not better? I’m hoping it settles down soon! It’s not sore, a bit achey but not like overly sorr at all. I just was really worried that it’s getting worse. They’ll look fab when they’re settled ‘cos my right one does 🙂 it’s just a shame my left doesn’t hahaa! xxx

56 days before your op, you pay the whole amount, but I got a late space deal. I was booked for 28th jam, had to be paid on 5th Jan but end of November I got a late deal for 29th December. I still only had to pay my full amount on 5th December 🙂 xx

I did! I rang my PC and just asked if they had any late space deals that they could change my app too. Brought my app forward by 4 weeks and made it so much easier for me as it meant I could start my job earlier etc. there is no harm in asking 🙂 xx

Oh Jesus you’ve worried me now cod my youngest is only 4 months and I brrastfed! But then ive already had mastitis after I fed him, and it settled? Atleast you know what’s wrong now. What will you do to help settle t or will you just let the mastitis run its course? xx

I don’t know if they sell them in store as I ordered mine online as my store don’t sell it. I tried a few on and this one just happened to be the best. I was really surprised actually as I expected it to be rubbish with it being cheap xx

@kelly3322 I have found that the asda zip front sports bra (http://direct.asda.com/george/womens/lingerie/zip-front-sports-bra/G004822550,default,pd.html) is the best. I’ve tried others and they didn’t hold me the same. This one now is amazing and holds me perfect, fits incredible and the support is great. I know it is a cheaper one but it seems to hold and fit me better than any of the others have. I know it sounds ridiculous to say that within two hours, they’re like different boobs but I promise you girls they are. Xx

Everyone says shock absorbers but I have to be honest, I didn’t rate it. I had a debenhams own high intensity one and that’s not supportive enough but it was too big. I personally have found the Asda sports bra with the zip up the front, £6, is amazing. It’s nice looking, blue black and grey, easy to wear, comfy and supportive. It’s high impact too. You can only order it online but if you do collect in store, it’s free delivery. I only got £100 off for late space?! xx

Well Alex, this bra isn’t a shock absorber! It was on a shock absorber hanger and I got charged shock absorber cos they scanned the label but it’s a debenhams one! Going to take it back I think xx

It’s okay, I looked at my pre op photos again and it’s actually my right which looked bigger so feeling better!malso looked at some girls photos on here who had a bust much bigger than the other after surgery and who’s boobs look amazing once settled 🙂 xx

I was an empty B/C. My pre op photos look bigger cos I was on my period and I always get around a cup size bigger on my period lol. I went for 400cc in both bust, as I didn’t have a different size bust. I got told I’d be around a DD/E but I might wear bigger than I look cos of the fullness? I dunno what I am now, I, on,y 6 days PO. My sports bra is a 34E and fits beautiful on my right boob but it’s a bit tight on my left boob which is hugely swollen xx

No I think they are perfect size 🙂 but I don’t like all these really big sized implants. I chose a middle size cos I was so worried they wouldn’t look natural. Honestly they look great though xx
