i had my strapping removed at 5 days and she took my dressings off and left them open as she said they are healing nicely, and to let them breath 🙂 Dont worry about infection just try not to touch them and always use a fresh towel or flannel to dab them dry after a shower 🙂 xx

I’m 1 week PO, can lift arms up quite high now, but not fully, for the first 5 days it really hurt to lift the one more than the other so have slowly pushed them higher ! but dont worry its normal, it should come back in a couple days!

no i dont mind at all @lisamaria I had 350cc from an 32 A/B, its just frustrating isnt it not being able to move, cause im such a busy person, hate not being able to move, wondering how to tackle washing my hair too, as ive been waking up through the night roasting hot i need to wash my hair 😐 going to be a challenge for my boyfriend.

@ellieberry yes taken all my tablets :(, i think i may have to try an ice pack, the nurse has rang this morning and suggested that also, did u have pain too? xx

i had mine on Wednesday hun, i just took my v pillow, loose clothes for the next day as i was staying over, some button up pj’s but stayed in my gown while i was there, Macom bra, slippers, dressing gown, some body wash, flannel and towel for the next day, toiletries, some snacks, phone charger, something to keep u entertained while u wait, thats it really 🙂

its your choice at the end of the day, no one should put you off it or suck the excitement out of it, if its something you want, your money to spend your body, if they dont like it then its not your problem haha 🙂
none of them know what its like to be down about them, so you do it to be happy within yourself hun 😀

yes looks slightly infected, id go to your GP hun, he should be able to prescribe some antibiotics, will usually take a swab and see what ones you need, shouldnt take long to heal 😀 xx

Ive been offered 350cc from a 32a to make me a nice full D and my PC said looking at me maybe a bit bigger, but then again i don’t want to be too big!!
Whereas some girls have had 300cc and are an E?
My op is in 2 weeks!! so excited can add if you like 🙂

my nurse told me i could start light squats lunges and sit ups after 4 weeks, not too much though as they don’t use your chest muscles
i definitely wouldn’t do anything for arms or chest as its nit worth the risk, she also said no swimming for 6 weeks min. x

Glad you’ve posted this i was wondering the same as i’m a HCA, and i have to do manual handling several times throughout the day, but obviously don’t want to ruin my boobies, seen as they tell you not to do exercise for 6 weeks? I was wondering if we’d need a doctors note to say we can only do light duties?

I’ve been offered 350cc to make me a D I was thinking the same but I think I’m just going trust what they are saying cause 125cc is a cup size apparently so should take us up 3 sizes ?
