JMC89 – Hi, I had my consultation with mr traynor last night. He was friendly enough, a bit abrupt tho! He told me quite clearly I couldn’t possibly have the size I wanted and then carried on discussing the rest of the procedure, told me he never uses drains, and went thru all the possible side effects etc. I’m booked in for 6th Oct in manchester, so not long now! good luck with your consultation in a few weeks! x

jmc89 – yes it will definately be worth it!!! I was a small 32B (Mr Traynor said A/B when I had my consultation). I had 380 overs and when I got out of surgery I was wearing a 34E sports bra for a while until the swellin went down, now a 34D/DD fits fine. I hope to be a 32D at the end. I dont have any before pics, didnt think 2 take them 4 some reason?! I can send u afters tho if u want? x

weeze – Hi hun, that’s what I’m worried about because I want to be a large D/DD and I’m scared that he’ll say he can’t take me to that size! My consultation with him is the day you will be having your surgery 6th Oct! So just have to wait and see what he says then. What size are you now and what size do you think you will end up after surgery? Also what size implant is he using on you? xx

Hi Adele, oh that’s brilliant if the pcc can help, I just assumed she’d tell me to ask the surgeon. He’s already told me they won’t be too big for my frame but I have visions of me ending up like Sophie from Big Brother lol.

My op isn’t until Oct 21st so I have plenty of time to panic and stress haha. Wow not long for you hun, can’t wait to hear all about it!!

oh i bet there sick of me at leeds clinic, lol. i think thats what they are there for to re assure you, wellt hey do not want anyone to cancell do they.. time is ticking for me, im actually going back to see the surgeon tom to run through things, my mum wants to go and ask a few questions, so if you do want to see the surgeon again ask, surely he will be in again before your op..i will let you know how it goes..x

I just want reassurance from someone that the 460’s will be ok for my frame and not completely swamp me lol. They weren’t my choice so I’m nervous, I would’ve been happy going up just the one cupsize x

im 5’9 size 10 with an empty 34 b/c now.. asked for a full c. Mr a talked me through everything and after that we decided a 460 will fill out my empty pocket from where i had larger breasts before and would be happy with a fuller size.. whats your thoughts on the size? xx

I think looking at your stats the 460 will be perfect for you, you also have the height to carry it off lovely.

I’m only 5ft tall (7st 10lb size and it does sound small but on the other hand I’ve always been used to having boobs, always been 32d til I lost weight and breastfed and now I’m still in a 32d bra but they’re emptier now and I just wanted ‘filling out’ a bit and asked for a full d as opposed to an empty one.
He said I should have 460 hp overs and I nearly fell off my chair when I saw them. I asked what’s the smallest he’d let me go and he said 410 but they wouldn’t give me the same fullness as the 460. Been deliberating it ever since.

What size did he estimate you’d end up with? Just curious as you say you asked for full c.

Im new to this forum but just thought i would comment. i have booked in for my ba oct 21st with Mr A and very excited- am booked in for 460s overs am a empty/droupy 34 b/c now am hoping for a full D @ least after.

Just to say im an air stewardess and flying ( the pressure ) doesnt make any difference after your op. If your flying home after just having your op as long as its not a long flight or to uncomfortable then should be fine.. im taking a good few weeks off work to rest, just will have to be very carful when opening the aircraft doors as was mentioned in meeting with the nurse.

i think your friend had a great outcome, no scars and very cheap.. i just dont think im personally brave enough to do that.. just about coming round the idea of actually going for this one. Good job to her tho

arr its quite daunting isnt it! so much info to take in…yes the overs mean on top of the muscle, thats wat i’m having done…i’m having 2 different sizes, 380 and 410, going in on 7th october x x

Hi Eljay, it’s so confusing isn’t it. You’d think you can just go along and say ‘right this is what I want to look like’ and that’s it!

To be honest I’ve got most of my information from forums like this one and sofem cos you get to chat with other girls who are going through the same thing.

At my first consultation the surgeon rushed me through, barely looked at my boobs and didn’t mention profiles or unders/overs either. It was for this reason I went with another surgeon who was really thorough with his measuring and examining me and clearly explained I would need over the muscle and high profile 410 or 460.
If you’re unclear about any of it then don’t hesitate to go back for a better explanation or feel free to see as many surgeons as you like.

I totally agree with the girls! If you need more info, do not feel embarrassed or anything just ask them ,because at the end of the day you need to get ALL the information that you can and want!

My surgeon suggested for me to have 380cc overs! But I’m having second thoughts and I want the next size up which is 410cc overs, which mr adamo will decide on the day of surgery, which will be next week!!!! argh!! on the 16 Sept!!! I want to have the larger option because I really don’t want to be disappointed with the size, paying a lot of money, and you want to look as good as you can, as this is a major decision!!!!

But I found that these forums totally help sooooo much, as you get to talk to like-minded people and get to blurt out all your worries and woes, which is great because EVERYONE understands!

Thanks so much everyone for making me feel much better about going back and asking more questions.Now i don’t feel as silly!!! I also think i’m going to ask for a bigger size if i can (am currently 34b,want to be at least 34dd) because when the surgeon was recommending sizes he said ‘You don’t want them too big or they won’t look natural’. YES I DO!!!! I’ve waited long enough!!
I’m so jelous of you all who are having your’s done soon-i’ll have to wait till January because of money and it’s coming upto the bussiest time of year in my job and time off is difficult.I’m enjoying keeping my excitement up though reading everyone’s story’s.

You know what, that’s a really good point actually, I saw some pics of some girls recently who did some in different style bra’s and clothing like giong out tops and tshirts, vests etc and I actually found it more useful. I’ll put some pics up too once mine are done.

It is a hip to hip scar. It is visible if you were to wear something low waisted. But is hidden under jeans and long tops. Even if you wear a short top with jeans. Is hidden. But under bikini bottoms, it is completely on show!

I still havent decided…i dont want to have massive boobs but dont want to regret not being big enough!

Polly, with the 260 and 280cc, will it take you up more or less 1 cup size then?

I ws a saggy 34b, and had 410 0vers, at mo wering 34d/dd support bra, they dont look fake, very natural, and pert! I love them and wish id had them done years ago x

I’m a 34B and I’m having 380 overs….Been told that I’ll be a D/DD but not 100% sure so I’m HOPING I’m a D ! Although everyone is different.

Each 125/150 cc is a cup size…..

Hi Helen, I’ve also had 2 kids. I went from a d cup to an f cup when breastfeeding then back down to a 32c/d now but empty. I still have alot of breast tissue and skin and like you I just wanted filling out. Surgeon recommended 410 or 460 f0r me which would take me to an e cup, it’s bigger than i plannd to go but he said anything smaller wouldn’t be worth my while.

To be honest I never even contemplated the thought of an uplift, I know a few girls on here were borderline needing one and had been told an implant alone may be able to help but the surgeon will go through all that with you. They take some measurements (think the distance between collarbone and nipple) and also the position of the nipple in relation to the crease under your boobs.
I’m having mine done 21st Oct and paying

Hi Helen s, I have had one child but am 40 and have dieted loads since very young so they are a saggy C – (I am 5ft 4 and weigh 9.4. I knew they were saggy but I didn’t think they were saggy enough for an uplift, however i saw Mr Adamo and he said if I wanted round (which I didn’t) I would need an uplift. I wanted the most natural look and not too big and he recommended teardrop overs because I had enough breast tissue. He did recommend a rather larger than I wanted 360-385 (which made me slighlty concerned). This would have taken me to a D – he says – but I reckon that would have made me at least an E. I did the rice test at home and had to have a rethink on the size. It all depends on your shape and boobs really – its individual assessment.

I really wanted teardrops to start with – but there are reports out there that are a bit scarey. I am also rethinking not going with MYA as I have found somewhere reputable and cheaper but in Europe (half the price) I don’t mind getting on a

hi helen s im also have empty saggy breasts and i have booked mine through leeds clinic, you need to see mr kazzazi he is doing mine, doing a low profile under the muscle on a 435 to fill out the saggy tissue.. my co ordinator said he is the man for me as mr mardi the other surgeon would prob of mentioned an uplift, which i do not want, its also alot more money.. so check who you are seeing..x

wow bet you cant wait, ive been given a few options from work as to when i can take time off, the first is week after next and i would love to get them done then but maybe that soon is a bit optimistic hey! i can only take a week off and i have 2 children, youngest been 2 so im really worried as to how i will manage.x

well im a hairdresser and its alot of moving my arms so have been advised to have 2 off..eh im going to really enjoy the rest.. you have to be really carefull. let your hubby do all the hard work and you sit with your feet up, lol..x
