  • In reply to: 1.5 years post op, anyone changed to a smaller implant?

    Menu

Lol I know!!! Who’d have thunk it. I just feel that they’re a little too big and it restricts me from wearing certain things as the look too in your face compared to my waist. They aren’t sagging at all, I think 345/385 isn’t a particularly big implant but over time they will sag and I’ll need an uplift, fact is big boobs sag, real or not :(

No I havent got my dimples yet, going to LA early next year so I’ll get the then x

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

    Menu

My quote is $2500 for two, so around £1800 but it depends on the exchange rate at the time. x

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

    Menu

Lol i definitely look like a different person when it comes to the body! I think the dimples will just enhance what I already have :) I can’t wait! It is addictive, I just love that I can take control and be the person I want to be. I see it as tweaking ;) nothing wrong with that. I don’t plan on ageing gracefully at all :D

If it’ll make you feel better, go for it hunn :) x

    Menu

Hi hunn, I am indeed a happy lady :D I’m a lot of discomfort right now bit it’s worth it. They don’t mess about when it comes to lipo over there. It was aggressive!

It’s called dimple creation surgery. It’s done under local anaesthetic and takes under 30 mins. The surgeons cuts and stitches under each cheek. For the first few weeks the dimples deep and there even when you don’t smile bit after that it drops out and only appears when you smile. You cam choose where and how deep you want them to be. There’s a dr that does them here but im going with am expert as I’m not willing to risk having them there permanently even when I’m not smiling. x

Hi hunn, I paid for it in the states at the same place I got my surgery. It was around £30. I’m not sure how much it’d be here, I’m guessing a lot more x

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

    Menu

I paid for it in the states at the same place where I got my surgery so it was under $50. I’m not sure how much it’d be here x

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

    Menu

Lol 4 grand is a lot BUT if you really want to then why not :D you’ll need to go bra shopping again so set aside another couple of hundred for that too! I’ve spent so much on cosmetic surgery this year (Feb to Feb). I’ve sent you an email hunn x

In reply to: what bra do i wear to try the implants??

    Menu

I was the same but once I got it done I realised there is not much difference in 40cc, I had 345 in one breast and 385 in the other to correct a small size difference, I would go for the bigger one for sure. They look a lot bigger in your bra in my opinion, once inside you they look completely different. One of the biggest complaints on here is that boobs don’t look big enough post op. 40cc really isn’t a lot so don’t worry and go for the 410 :)

In reply to: what bra do i wear to try the implants??

    Menu

A tight sports bra would be the best option hunn. It’ll hold the implants in place and give you a better idea of how they may look but let me say they look a lot bigger in the bra than when they’re inside you so go one bigger than the ones you like the look of in your bra xx

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

    Menu

Thanks nikki! I don’t want another boob job anymore because they look HUGE now lol my mum thought I’d got them done again, she still wont believe me when I say I didn’t. Funny woman.

How are you? Are you still set on a second, bigger set of boobies? :) x

In reply to: 1 year post op on 9/2/12 😀 and what a year it's been!

The crappy thing is I really didn’t think about my bra size changing, I spent so much money on new bras after I got my boobs done and now I’ll have to do it all over again! ann summers here I come x

Thank you ladies. I’m sorry about the pics, I’m only going to send them to a few of the ladies on here. I’ve known some for a while so I know I can trust them. They’re very personal. I hope you understand.

Thanks Tina, thank you so much for your advice. You really helped as I wasn’t sure about the chin lipo but after our conversation I decided to throw that in too and I look better for it. Still very swollen all over though, my dr said thatll last 3 months maybe more :( but I’m happy. I sent you an email x

Hi hunn I had my boobs one 11 months ago with dr traynor and occasionally I get the odd pain usually under my boobs near the scars x

In reply to: Liposuction Sucessful on Thighs?

    Menu

    Congrats taya!

It’s hit and miss in the thigh area from what i’ve researched, if you don’t have good skin elasticity the arm and thigh area is the WORST to lipo as over time you develop saggy loose skin around the knees/inner arms.

I’m getting full back and waist lipo with fat grafting to the buttocks in a fw months. I asked for inner thigh lipo and my surgeon refused, he’s in the states, he said it wasn’t worth the risk. My thighs aren’t that big though so he was probably just weighing up the pro’s and cons. x

    In reply to: Cystitis

    Menu

also, avoid fizzy drinks and caffiene, ESP when you have an infection x

    In reply to: Cystitis

    Menu

Hi Girls! i’m a fellow sufferer. I get UTI’s (Urinary Tract Infections) which are worse than your standard bout of Cystitis :( If it’s really bad then it may well be a UTI and it’s best to drop a urine sample off at your Dr’s. If you keep getting them you may need anti biotics.

I’ve had so many UTI’s over the last 6-7 years that i’ve lost count, I’ve tried everything. My Dr referred me to a urologist and they put a little camera in my bladder (ouch) but they couldn’t find anything. Apparently 1 in 3 women are just prone to UTI’s and cystitis :( it’s soooooo painful I usually spend a few days in bed/on the loo trying to pee, crying frequently and wishing I was dead! LOL yep, they really are THAT bad and my Dr said he can’t help.

I try my best to keep them at bay by taking cranberry extract, I take one tablet a day as a preventative measure. I get mine from superdrug. I drink a lot of water. Drinking alcohol can bring on a bout so if I do drink I make sure I drink plenty of water too, and try not to drink and have sex on the same night! (I know easier said than done) Pee before and straight after sex so that any bacteria that’s been pushed into your urethra is removed before it can grow resulting in an infection. wash your *bingbing* after sex too, no soap just water, you need the good bacteria down there. Wipe front to back when you go to the loo so that bacteria from the back passage isn’t introduced to the front. Don’t wear tight underwear. Cotton underwear is the best. Don’t use fragranced bath salts/liquids and soaps down there. And last but not least DO NOT hold in your pee, that’s really bad for you.

My Dr’s put me on preventative antibiotics so I have a stash at home and I take two when I feel an infection coming on. BUT the down side of that is that the bacteria becomes resistive and you need to constantly be chaging anti biotics so I use them as a last result. What a PAIN! x

In reply to: i'm getting lipo and fat grafting done in JAN EEEK!!

In reply to: i'm getting lipo and fat grafting done in JAN EEEK!!

    Menu

That’s including flights etc though so it’s not too bad. Surgerys cheaper than here over there, especially now that the governments adding on 20% VAT to cosmetic procedures here in the UK! WTF that all about. I wasn’t impressed. Good for you, if you want bigger lips you go for it! I believe that there is no point wasting time wishing for this and that when miracles are possible in this day and age. I’m 25 now and I plan on fixing everything I don’t like by the time im 28/29 at the latest xx

In reply to: i'm getting lipo and fat grafting done in JAN EEEK!!

In reply to: i'm getting lipo and fat grafting done in JAN EEEK!!

Well my surgeon actually said that due to the fact that I already have an hourglass shape hidden under the fat lol and muscular buttocks, my results will be better/more dramatic! I really can’t wait.

Well you know what men can be like! You look fab all the same :D forget the maids outfit after this procedure I’m becoming a nudist x

In reply to: i'm getting lipo and fat grafting done in JAN EEEK!!

    Menu

Thanks hunn! I’m SO excited, it’s all booked and paid for AND my sisters getting the same thing too so it’ll be like a holiday with perks. I’ve added added afew pics in my album to illustrate exactly what fat grafting is. It’s not common here. I figured if I’m getting lipo I might aswell make use of the fat! Your boobs are fab and I’m loving your new profile pic, very sexy! I bought a maids outfit the other day but I’ll now wait until after jan as I have a fat belly thanks to adding on half a stone x

In reply to: How squishy do fake boobs end up?

    Menu

Ofcourse you can I had 345/385 cc, my breasts were uneven in size. I’m an E cup now x

In reply to: How squishy do fake boobs end up?

    Menu

I had the inspira responsives and they are super soft, the jiggle around like real boobs but I was a C cup pre op so I have some of my own tissue jiggling around on top too i think! x

In reply to: 3 months po pain in left scar 🙁

    Menu

it may be your bra hunn. I had my procedure in Feb and towards the end on the day I sometimes get an ache in my boob/scar. Underwired bras can do that. I think the odd ache here and there is normal x

In reply to: Price of boobs??

    Menu

    yay! x

In reply to: Price of boobs??

    Menu

whether it’s unders or overs makes no difference, implants start costing more once you go over 525 cc though. The prices tend to differ from person to person, you have to remember mya’s is a buisness and they seem to charge different prices for the same thing more often than not. If they can get more out of you, they will x

In reply to: who still wears push up bras???

    Menu

I do but only on nights out for that extra BADA BOOM! Push up bra’s can cause a lot of damage, the implant can shift and set in a un natural position x

In reply to: Price of boobs??

    Menu

that sounds about right, I paid over £4000 with a recommendation but I got the slightly more expensive inspira implants.x

In reply to: what moisturiser do you use on your face…

    Menu

I use the dramatically different moisturiser from clinque. It’s great :) x

In reply to: How old were you when you had your BA?

    Menu

I was 24, wish I’d got them done before Uni. I partied almost every night in cute little dresses and it would have been fun to have these babies back then x

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

    Menu

And right now I’m feeling a bit better because my boyfriend the little angel just bought me some very nice White food, MILKYBAR! woohooo! Finally something that tastes nice x

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

    Menu

Lol those kits contained high levels of hydrogen peroxide. Very effective but if used over and over they damaged the enamel. I highly doubt you did any damage with one application x

your going to look wonderful! I would advise that you go for 300 cc hunn as 40cc isn’t a lot at all and with you being a AA you may need a little more to get you looking like a C cup. xx

In reply to: Want to complain but scared!!!???

    Menu

I don’t know why you have to wear it but I do know that your a very pretty girl, with or with out that eye patch. Just work with it and never let any one make you feel inferior just because you look a little different. My friend got all sorts of reactions but most of the time, people didn’t really notice or care that she had a patch on. Like I said, diversity is what makes the world interesting and beautiful :) you can get some cool ones off eBay x

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

    Menu

Oh and get some sensodyne whitening and bonjela. You can’t brush your teeth for 2 days so you just rub some toothpaste in using your fingers, I apply it every few hours. It helps with the whitening too. x

In reply to: Had my follow up today, 6 months post op Dr Traynor

    Menu

Lol your boyfriend sounds ace. Nothing like putting yourself in the patients shoes/heels :) I love dr T’s sense of humour x

In reply to: Want to complain but scared!!!???

    Menu

The world would be a very boring place if we all looked the same, I think it’s cool. You should get a blinged out one, my friend had to wear one for a year. Long story. And she bought all sorts of funky ones x

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

    Menu

It’s a weird sensation, pain killers did help a little but it’s your actual teeth that hurt/feel sensitive and I don’t think painkillers help there. They did with the gums. Take ibroprofen itll help with the swelling too. My bf thought I’d had my lips done lol temporary bonus but they looked too big for my face. Kinda like a misplaced vagina x

In reply to: Want to complain but scared!!!???

    Menu

Your welcome doll, I hope your eyes better now. You were rocking that eye patch! x

    Ofcourse x

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

I’ve just noticed, some small areas on my gums are still White. Yuck x

In reply to: Want to complain but scared!!!???

    Menu

I’ve just had a look and I honestly think they look great hunn. Your very slim so the size suits you. I hope you feel better soon xxx

P.s is that you in your avatar, your very pretty :)

In reply to: my teeth whitening experience

    Menu

Sensitive isn’t the word :( even the wind hurt. Couldn’t speak but apparently my reaction wasn’t the norm so you should be fine. It’s a killer on your gums though x

Dr T did mine and I got responsives. I LOVE THEM! they’re soft and jiggle like real breast tissue. Not fake looking at all. When it comes to size just take in pictures of the look you want, pics of models etc and let the surgeon take it from there x
