    In reply to: Petite frame so stuck on what size to go, pictures of 275/300/325 cc

    Menu

    Hi, I’m 5ft 2 and 8 stone. I got 350cc after originally being offered 250~325. I’m really petite but they don’t look too big at all. I was an A before and I’m measuring a DD 3 weeks post surgery but I know this is going to drop to a D. Also you always measure bigger than you actually look

    That’s such an amazing result from 250cc! They look amazing! You must be so happy. I am the same height as you, 45kg and everyone keeps telling me my chosen size 220/240 is small but I am such a thin petite girl I don’t want to go too big. You’ve put my mind at rest that it’s a perfect size! 💗

    Thank you Amanda I am very pleased with the result. Post Op… the best piece of advice would be to trust the process… some day early on they didn’t look the best and I really panicked… but they really do change so much each day. Also, keep them very dry and don’t do anything for the first couple of weeks. I used baby wipes instead of the shower… minging but worth it to keep them on track.

    Hey, it’s pretty much described as below with Mya. You go, he asks you about your lifestyle and what you want to achieve. Has a look at your chest then tells you what he can offer. You try implant sizes on with your nurse so it depends when your appointment is for that.

    Hi
    I had tubular breasts mine were much worse than yours, I didn’t want an uplift so the surgeon , dr Sleiter lowered my breast crease and added 350 cc implants.
    They look and feel so natural I love them. 10 months I’ve had them.

    Hi! Well I’m now 3 days post op and feeling more normal. Up and about a bit more around the house, but taking it slow (im really making the most of hubby working at home this week!!) I’m still taking the cocodemol but am gradually reducing it, now just taking 1 tablet approximately every 6/7 hours. Appetite is also improving, and have slept well the last couple of nights, so all going in the right direction so far 🤞🏾. My post op review is next Tuesday and I can’t wait to get this post surgery bra off and into something a bit less hammock like!! X

    Mine wasn’t with mya but had mine Monday. Met with surgeon and he talked me through everything asked me loads of questions then I had to remove my top and sports bra so he could see what he was working with. He then advised what size implants would be suitable i then put my clothes back on and went and met my patient coordinator who talked me through more stuff and then I tried the implants on in my sports bra and that was it really!

    Amanda i started really light with a PT friend of mine, body weight and resi bands mostly, then moved to small weights for your bog standard overhead presses, rows, lat raises, ect. I really recommend starting light and focusing on your form because i wont lie it does feel weird with unders.. you can feel the implant move/constrict under the muscle, id say if youre fit and healthy anyway probably more so as you will have more muscle mass than someone not into fitness and lifting.
    I do pole fitness too, but im still too chicken to get back to that yet because its so much more bendy and stretchy lol!

    I must say that I have No idea about the pain whatsoever. It is now 6days post op and O haven’t felt any pain. 2 dpo I drove to store all by myself and it has been very easy. They gave me 5 painkillers and I still have 3 of them 😄 So I must say, I think the pain depends on how big you go, since I chose the smallest my surgeon offered. Only thing I hate is sleeping on my back but I think I can try sleeping on the side tomorrow 🙂
    Waking up from anesthetic was very nice, the BEST 46minutes of sleep I ever had 😄😄 I only remember it was very cold for few minutes.

    I’m fine. I had to go back to work on day 7 so it forced me into it. I kept busy (I’m a high school teacher) and just listened to my body. I had to rest and go to bed early the first few nights but now I’m fine. Movement is pretty much all back to normal and don’t really have any pains only numbness and sensitive nipples.

    Menu

    Hey Ash, got your direct message glad to be of help and to find people with similar stats and sizing requirements!

    Dr Traynor originally said 550 to 650 but after booking I went back in and saw him and showed him what I wanted as well as voicing my concerns that I’d wake up and not see much of a difference in 600s to my current 400s so he’s said 700-800cc HP unders. They don’t do 750s in the implants he’s suggested so it’s one or the other. He’s going in with both and seeing what he can fit in, I’m hoping the 800s considering there’s not much projection difference just the diameter – which as I said I want to close my cleavage gap. I’d see him and see what he says – I was concerned they’ll look ridiculous but he said under the muscle they won’t but obviously warned about the risks of implants that size, sagging etc. Given your stats are so similar I can’t see him saying no. All his work I’ve seen is amazing too.

    I haven’t seen Dr. Traynor (I have only actually seen 1 UK Dr. then had 2 online consults with 2 in Turkey) but thank you for this post it’s really helped!! 🙂 And the fact we have similar stats!

    Thats amazing he’s actually listened & letting you go to 7-800!!
    Have you booked in a date yet?

    I know I’m getting quite gutted to be honest
    If I could go from a saggy empty B Cup to 450cc on my first op, why am I only being offered 525’s or 600’S on my 2nd 🙁

    I have a friend who went from 450cc-750cc (originally asked for 650, and surgeon told her she wouldn’t be happy so go to 750) she has unders and is only 5″2 (curvy and toned figure) they look amazing x

    I am 1 day post op and found the anesthetic absolutely fine. I didn’t feel it going in and didn’t realise I was falling asleep (for some reason I thought they’d count down!!) Next thing, awake with lovely new boobs. I was a bit shaky afterwards when I first woke up for about 15 mins, then fine. Chatting and sipping water. Re/ drugs, the gabe me antibiotics during surgery and I have some ro take now I’m home. I also have cocodemol and some anti sickness drugs which j haven’t needed. The pain isn’t too bad, more discomfort really, so taking just 1 cocodemol every 4 hours at the moment and that’s enough (also hoping to minimise the effects!) I have a 12 foot u shaped pillow to keep me on my back (I’m usually a side sleeper) and a wedge pillow from amazon. I also have a neck flight pillow.
    Even though this was my second boob job, my last one was over 20 years ago so I too was really really anxious. It was a lot better than I anticipated and on the day I was just elated at finally getting my long overdue new boobs. X

    Thanks Bee this is so helpful! Deffo will meal prep beforehand and will ask them for weaker meds as I’m not one for taking anything, the most I ever really take is paracetamol and I have adverse reactions to a number of antibiotics which peaks on day 2 usually so they are trying to work out what to give me 😬. I think codeine or cocodamol would completely wipe me out. Ooh did the ginger help? Were you on any anti sickness meds?

    I’ve had mine done almost 10 years ago 400ccs – going next week to get 700/800ccs and can’t wait – definitely couldn’t have had it done in one as I was a small B cup prior to my first!

    Celest 2

    In reply to: Anyone getting 700-800ccs?

    Menu

    Have you seen Dr Traynor? He’s doing mine and originally said 650 but when I expressed wanting to notice a difference in current 400ccs he said 700-800 will be fine.

    And I agree with you I wouldn’t be paying for a re-aug only to have less than half a cup size difference! 700/800 aren’t difference in size just projection it seems as she’s given me the below stats earlier today;

    800 = 15.4 diameter
    6.3cm projection

    700 = 14.7 diameter
    6cm projection
    Given the above I’m probably going to opt for the 800 to close my cleavage gap more.

    Your stats aren’t a million miles from mine so I can’t see why they won’t offer you higher! Even our current implant sizes are similar.

    I’ve struggled to find any recent posts on here relating to 700/800cc hence why I started my own, would love to see before and afters for re-aug cases like us.

    Hi Hannah. When did you notice this? Did you get smooth or textured? Did they give you antibiotics out of curiosity? Did you wear a sports bra to sleep in for the first year / did you go braless much? Any children after surgery? I’m so sorry you’re going through this, must be very stressful for you 😔. I think for them to change so much after a couple of years is definitely grounds for re-op – if it was me I would be pestering them until they agreed to sort it out. At the end of the day you paid a lot of money for 10+ years of breasts you like – this wasn’t what you asked for and they should correct this.

    Meal prep is fab especially for a week or so after – not sure whether it was the medication but my appetite was super low?!?! swear I lived on shredded wheat and apples during the recovery process, sticking mainly to fibre to help my bowels (sorry for TMI). Drink plenty of water to help with the bloat and peppermint tea is fab! Unfortunately, being bunged up is so hard to avoid, and the medication they give you varies. I told them I didn’t want anything too strong (e.g., codeine which they have given to some gals I’ve spoken to). I had antibiotics to prevent infection, they were fine, and co-codamol. As much as I was dreading constipation, I still took tablets every 4-6 hours for the first 3 days when I thought the pain may be at its worse then gradually cut out. It’s better than you think!! Definitely ask them to prescribe you something not that strong – I did this as I’m crap with anaesthetic and medication; felt so sick waking up… I actually packed a can of diet ginger beer and ginger biscuits in my bag before surgery and hid them (lol) in case they got taken due to hygiene reasons. I got two Macom’s, and they are great tbf, but if you want a cheaper alternative, get the post-op Asda or M&S bras, they aren’t as supportive as Macom but still really good xxx
