Omg love u must have had a bad recover and compacted into a bra so tight woooow u must have been in shock when u found out after surgery 🙈 o yes please if u don’t mind am trying to get an idea on ruffly mine lol x
@charley wot was ur pain like am 7 days to day stiff and my boobs r hurting feelings like two bricks r stuck there n carnt move them pushing out 😂🙈
Totally makes sense hun, As the muscle has relaxed the implants have moved forward. One had dropped more than the other at present but that’s quite normal. I ended up having quite a lot of work done on mine during the augmentation. When the surgeon went in she was faced with a lot of fibrous tissue and scaring from reoccurring mastitis from breast feeding my second child. So I believe that’s why I am still in a lot of discomfort now.
Pre children/breastfeeding I was a 32E/30F after feeding my 2nd child I was roughly a C/D cup but nothing really fitted as I had lost so much upper pole. When I came round from surgery I was in a 32E compression bra. So they have change quite a bit since surgery. I am happy to send you pictures of that would help. X
Hi love I have 450cc under the muscle high profile and I am a week today 🎉 there growing each day for some reason every time I look add me if u like hun will show u x
My surgery is done now, today is 1 day post op and I have to say I feel very normal. I can walk etc by myself 🙂 The anxiety came back when I was on the operation table but from then it was sweet dreams and woke up with my brand new boobs ♥️
Lucy, I was offered the same as you and I’m 5”2 and 8stone but I couldn’t even fill an A cup. I got 350cc in the end and they’re amazing.
I think they are starting to change slightly they feel so small compared to what i expected/ wanted. They are obviously bigger than i had before but im quite disappointed with them at the moment 😫.
3WPO tomorrow and still praying for drop and fluff to happen, they dont even look teardrop shape yet so know something else must need to happen bu patience is not my strong point
I hope youre doing ok now, ive just logged on to see your post. Yes this happened to me also. I had unders and my muscles tensed so frequently I didnt think I would have an hour where I was comfortable. I would frequently put heat pads over them to ease the tension. If I’m honest this went on for weeks worse at night but yes movement would trigger it also x
Hey, have you got a before pic? I had a consultation and the surgeon recommended 240-325 for me so I was thinking around 300 but now I’m wondering about 250 or 275. I’m a small B and can’t fill the top of a bra as mine are like ski slopes! I’m 5ft5 and 9stone size8/10 so average. I feel a large C or small D would be proportional for me
Ahh thank you for that! I was abit worried as I’ve just gone back to work and wasn’t suree if I’ve overdone it! Xx
Hey, I got mine the day before you and I’m also left handed. I’m completely the same and it’s very normal. Our muscles are tighter in our left side because that’s what we use most often therefore it takes a while for them to soften and relax over the implant that’s why it’s harder. Treat them as two separate operations and you’ll be fine. It will catch up with the other in its own time.
Sure I had mine done in Ireland at aurelia dr Salaman was my surgeon
I had mine done 2nd November 2020 and I’m getting them re done in December x

Hi!
I had my surgery on 26th august, the first week is awful! I was on constant ibruprofen and paracetamol, it was worse when I wwas sat down! It really is painful x
Hi jess. I’m going with Dr Netri next month. I suggest looking at his page on Real Self as there are lots of before/afters and reviews – also check their Instagram.
Yes I did. I’m 15 days po today and I’ve been driving since day 8. 5th gear is still a bit uncomfortable but it’s definitely doable. I drive about 50 miles a day.
The pain has been fine, no real boob pain just pain at the incisions when they were healing and the compression bra was squeezing them. That really hurt day 3-5 were emotional. I had my nurse appointment on Monday just gone and got all my bandages off etc
I’ve been offered overs too. Just trying to decide between that and partials because I’m about 10lbs heavier than I want to be and I’m panicking that if I lose the weight my implants will be obviously visible which I don’t want.

Can I ask where and who did your surgery? I have mine booked for 29/09!
100% agree. That’s why I always say if you want to see pictures I’m happy to share, but private message me. It’s such a shame that things like this happen, when we are just here to share experiences and help people along the process.
Good job for bringing it to light and warning others x
Hi Sophie, I am happy with the implants I have before I was a 30d but now I am 4.5months post op and I am a 28ff/30f so I gained 2 cup sizes, if you haven’t had the op yet good luck 😁
Haha yeah showering is still a bit scary. I’m scared of bending down without a bra on because they feel like they’re going to fall off 😂😂
Since getting my bandages off on Monday they look so much better. I love them. If you want to message me your number im happy to show you some pictures. I don’t want to post them on here because there’s some dodgy folk on here
After seeing how easy it was to join the forum I decided there and then to use fake name tbh. It’s actually gross. So good of you to warn everyone because I imagine people are none the wiser – not because of naivety but just because it’s so hard to believe there are so many weirdos out there.

12 days wow min will be 6days past op so can see them putting a dressing back on mine then,
Omg was u scared to shower with them still being tender 🙈
I got unders also like you hoping they say I can remove my bra to a sports bra but I no I’ll still have to use the band I haven’t even seen wot they look like 🙈 carnt look fell like I’ll make the pain worse hahaha x have urs started to drop x
I got 350hp unders. My post op wasn’t until day 12 as my surgeon prefers that you’re seen on day 10 and then I had to fit it around work etc. It’s really quick. The nurse asks if you’ve been okay, takes bandages off, has a look and then either redress your incisions for another week or because my post op was later I’d healed really well so I got all mine off and got the okay to shower, wear any kind of sports bra and lay down in bed again
Bethany it really is true what they say day 3-5 are the worst. They were so emotional and really off putting but once you pull through the other side it’s definitely worth it
Hey all of this is normal. I didn’t have any issues with constipation etc like many others but I’m still bloated and not my usual self. I’m 2 weeks post op. I think it’s a combination of not moving as much and poor posture after surgery.
I wouldn’t be loosening your bra, you need the compression to help with swelling. At my post op appointment I was told that as the swelling goes down I should be moving over to the tighter clasps on the Macom bra to make sure they’re still supported.
What are you using to sleep? I used a v shape pillow propped up on three ordinary pillows and a memory foam neck pillow to support my neck. Honestly I was quite comfortable and slept for 6 hours most nights.

Hey Lola, I would love to send over some photos to you of my implants. However I am very concerned that there is a lot of people who use this site not for its intended purpose if you know what I am trying to say and would not feel comfortable making them public view. Feel free to private message me. Dawn I can send you some over on Whatsapp if you like, x

Hi,
I’m currently in the same boat, I had my surgery on the 20/08 and I am still in extreme pain after catching COVID 6 days post op. I’m trying to manage with just paracetamol but it doesn’t really do to much. I am hoping each day I get through is a day closer to being pain free.
I really hope the GP can give you something else to take the edge of the pain and fingers crossed you’ll feel so much better. A few weeks of pain for a life time of boobies x

I bought two Macom ones and to be honest they’re not all that. They’re definitely good at compressing but for the first week they’re not comfortable on your stitches. I was going to bite the bullet and get a lipoelastic (they’re really expensive) but I’ve washed my Macom bras on a really short 15 minute cycle and it did soften them up a little but also my stitches started to dissolve so not convinced it’s now worth the money. Especially when I got the all clear to wear any kind of sports bra now at my post op appointment. Try and leave your post op appointment as late as possible – mine was 12 days after surgery and it meant that I didn’t have to have a redress of bandages and got the all clear to shower and lay down again.
Also get some face cloths in as they’re so useful for bathing, and roll on instead of deodorant so they don’t go in your wounds.
Hey my surgery is booked for 12th November! 32a- 325cc I can’t wait!
After all the research and consultations.. I loved MR, Mileto, but was worried why online he was referred to as Mr Mileto , instead of DR Mileto.
So, last week I finally told my mum about my procedure.. her reaction was amazing and fully happy for me!! I can’t wait!
She used to work in that sector.. and made me so happy and relieved, when she told me that actually.. The higher and most experienced you are as a surgeon, means you’re no longer referred to as DR,.. and infact MR.
I’ve researched it since and obv mumma always right..
I can’t wait for my op! All of your before and after pictures are amazing!;
Wow can’t explain how helpful this is @snowflake93 thank you. You’ve deffo put me at ease a bit more. I think like not knowing exactly how it feels is scary but now I kind of do know what to expect. Sorry to learn that you’ve had lots of surgeries but it’s nice to know that they look after you in there.
Thanks for info about the medication – he told me I’m having drains and I have to take antibiotics – I asked if I could not take them but he said he has all his patients use them to prevent any risk of infection (I get quite sick from antibiotics so I am worried about this). I thought they would have had me taking cocodamol or something at least! I will make sure I get paracetamol and ibuprofen in.
What surgery bra would you recommend after experiencing pain on your incisions?
I know what you mean about not doing loads when you feel like you can – seen lots of videos on YouTube of girls like “it’s day 1 and I’ve just been on a 23k walk and look how far I can raise my arms!!!” and then the next day they’re sad 😂
I am deffo worried about day 3! I think I will be getting them just after my period so luckily I won’t be having emotions that come with PMS but I told my other half to be aware lol. I need to make a huge sign that says “trust the process” 😂
I do have a neck pillow! But I will buy one of those V pillows aswell 🙂
Hey, I had my ba two weeks ago tomorrow. I’ve had a fair few operations in the past (longest was 8 hours). It’s so natural to be worried about the anaesthetic- even I was leading up to it on the day but it really is fine. The surgery is so short it’s over in a flash, you feel the coldness of the anaesthetic in your hand and within seconds you just feel like you’re naturally drifting off to sleep. The surgery is so short that you don’t really feel overly groggy from the anaesthetic you wake up hearing the nurse call your name and everyone is so friendly. They get you back into your room within minutes of waking up. You just feel like you’ve just had a good snooze. You won’t know you’ve had any tubes down your throat, you may feel like you have a scratchy throat post surgery but that’s all. As for drains, most surgeons don’t often use them anymore but I have had some in my neck before and you can’t feel them, just feels a bit odd when they remove them. Also, a lot of surgeons don’t prescribe antibiotics, you’ll have them during surgery and that’s it. Depending on your surgeon it’s likely you will only be prescribed paracetamol and ibuprofen so go to the pharmacy beforehand and buy some paramol.
Pain wise, it’s actually been okay. I got 350cc hp unders and I had nothing to begin with, I really pushed it to the maximum. The worse pain for me was where the incisions were and where the compression bra was squeezing on it. That was quite sore but just buy a stock of big oval cotton pads to pad out your bra. It’s true what others have said, on the day of surgery you’re surprised how normal you feel afterwards and think you can do loads. Don’t! You’ll regret it the next day. Day 3 and 4 are definitely the worst days. That’s when the incision/bra pain was at its peak and if I’m being honest it made me feel really emotional, I felt guilty for being in pain and vain for getting it done but it really is just your emotions playing on you.
I was back at work 1 week post op and driving on day 8.
Last few tips are get the teddy fleece V shape pillow from very and a memory foam neck pillow from Amazon. These were a godsend. Especially the neck pillow.
I have icepacks that are covered with a fabric? If that makes sense. Since I live in Estonia and have my surgery here I think there is No point to give you a link for these 🤣 I thought since I can’t change clothes anyway for few days at least, I had to buy something that looks and feels nice 🙂
Ahh thanks so much for this it’s SO helpful. I really hope that I’m calm on the day, I honestly can’t wait until it’s done. Good to know that they make it relaxing as possible – in my head I just pictured me getting there, them stripping me off and hooking me up to equipment surrounded by scary utensils, been watching too many dramatic films during lockdown 🙈😂
Thanks for the info on what to buy and to meal prep! Such good advice as my other half is not much of a cook haha – did you get a certain bra(s)? And what medication do they actually give you? I’m worried about being pilled up aha xx
I had surgery in March and felt the same, it’s strange as when the day arrives you feel completely at ease due to everyone being professional, calm and reassuring at the hospital. Being put under is an experience that they try to make as relaxing and lighthearted as possible… they asked me what my favourite cocktail was (ha) and said that the anaesthetic will feel like I’ve had a few of those! it goes so quickly, then you wake up with your new boobs and it can be overwhelming as you feel so happy with your decision. Stock up on laxatives, drink plenty of water and prepare meals for afterwards in advance (even better if you have a boyfriend/parent/friend to help) as you can’t reach to grab say cereal from a top shelf or anything. I felt much practically back to normal by day 10/11, then 2 weeks was absolutely fine. Good luck x
I have bought two icepacks and I already have pregnancy pillow because I have been pregnant two times 😀 I Also bought a buttoned pyjama and one sportsbra. I am getting 275cc motiva ergonomix implants and right now I am flat 😂 I hope your anxiety also goes away 🙂 I have to be in the hospital at 8.15 am friday, so I think surgery is at 10 or sooner:)
