My surgery is on friday… and until this week I was very nervous and Also had big anxiety etc. From monday I have been so calm and ready, don’t get me wrong I am super excited but all the anxiety has gone away 😀

Thanks I’ve heard about this one and my surgeon said it’s fine to use. Do you put this type on straight after surgery or do I need different types?

My op is in 2 weeks and I’ve ordered the macom bras, bought 2 from M&S and 2 from Asda 😂 Figured I can always sell on if necessary

I’m having 295cc moderate plus profile overs next month, I’m currently a A/B. I was offered either 255 or 295 so think I’m going to go with the larger option so I don’t end up being too small and disappointed!

I had quite big breast pre babies (32E) After breastfeeding both I was left with very empty skin sacks and not even filling a C cup.
I am 5ft 1 and 7 stone 7.
To refill my breasts back to their original form and to give enough projection I had to have 450cc HP texture Unders.

That’s good to hear, I’m having another consultation in a few weeks. He said he would be removing quite a lot of skin and there would be a higher risk of infection and poor looking scar tissue if I had an implant at the same time. I’m feeling quite positive after my e-consultation though.

Thank you! Im 5’2 and 8.5 stone, 250cc is the largest i was offered because i had no breast tissue being so petite, literally no boobs. I never thought they would be as good as they are, but i know a lot of the girls who have had 250cc are really shocked with the results x

I’m almost 6 months post op now and my nose tip has dropped thankfully! It dropped around the 3 month mark and I’ve noticed it drop slightly more which I’m pleased about. I still have quite a lot of swelling and saw Dr Giannas on Monday so he gave me steroid injections in my nose to help reduce the swelling a bit. He said it would take a few weeks before I see a difference. I hope that helps x

Hi girls. I have also been told I can have 275-300cc, HP, micro textured, overs (I’m 5″7, 8st, 32A but barely fill the cup). My surgeon said this is the most I go can up to look natural, without them looking like round balls on my chest.

Have you tried a rice test? You loosely fill the ends of tights with 300g of rice, tie them off, and pop them into a non-padded sports bra. I did this and they looked huge on my frame – but I’m still going for 300cc cause apparently with unders you lose some size when they drop x

Has anyone had their surgery in the north east? Dr Gianna’s seems like the popular choice and everyone’s pics look amazing but wondered if I would have to go to London to have him?

I have 32 A , but the cup isn’t fully.
In one consultation doc said that I can get just 250cc !!!! But I was looking dor 300cc ! Because my frame is very small. I’m 172 high and 59 kg . Really I can’t get more than 250cc????

I had dual plane so partial under and partial over.upright totally natural.you do get some movement of the implant if you flex your muscles with partials or total unders but varies by person, mine isn’t much.on my back you can tell, bending over you can tell if you feel as the muscle holds back part of the implant so you can tell where the natural boob is and then the implant.i hate this but apparently is a trade off for risks of overs.i don’t know how overs act, probably more naturally I would’ve thought but then you might get rippling etc which would be visible and apparently the implant is felt more as isn’t camouflaged by the muscle

I know It’s hard to hear but it’s a waiting game.
I’m nearly 9 weeks post op now and they are only just starting to look more natural.
I was the exact same as you at your stage but they seriously do change every week.
I’m super happy with them now x

Hi, I’m 5”2 8 stone and was a/small b before (didn’t fill a b cup properly though)
I’m 8 weeks post op now and got measured today, I’m a D.
I had 325 unders and they are the perfect size for my frame x

I bought a Macom… they’re not all that.

The place I got my boobs done used to use macom after surgery and stopped… they gave me a black one and they had got it from Amazon & I honestly prefer it, I feel like I get more support with it & it was only like £17! I’ll try post a link xx

Hey, is it under or overs?

I’m a week post op with 350cc hp unders. I’m 5”2, 8 stone and was a 32A. Surgeon said maximum I could go was 325 but on a second consultation with him he agreed to 350 if they fitted which they obviously did.

I had mine done on the 20/08/21
And I had 450cc HP Unders. I am 5ft 1 and 7stone 7.
My surgeon gave me a range of 300-400cc, I ended Up saying to her ,you decide what you need to put in when I’m down there. I trust your judgement. I’m so glad I did because I woke up with 450cc and couldn’t be happier. They are amazing. If you want any pics im more than happy to send some over.

I have zero patience and keep worrying over every little thing. It does help to hear from people who have been through it though. Will just have to do what you did and not take pic every day coz im just upsetting myself.

5 ft 2, 9 st 7 and been offered between 300-400cc but I think I’m going to settle on either 350 or 375 under the muscle but I really can’t make my mind up at the moment either!! I don’t want to be too big and I don’t want to be too small!

Thank you! I’m just struggling I see loads of people getting 300-350 and they look big just feel like I’ve been given a wide spectrum but I’m going to go and try them on again and hopefully make a decision!

You can see from the photo you still have a lot of swelling especially by your sternum, and your implant is still very high.

Your implant is first placed in a pocket higher up, as your swelling goes down and your muscle relaxes the implant drops lower and settles to fill out the lower pole of your breast, essentially giving you fullness and a more round shape. At the moment your muscle is tight, and restricting the implant so you cant see a shape yet.

The surgeons are good, but you cant expect instant results doll. I promise im talking from experience, you have to give it time & upsetting yourself looking at them in what some people call “frankenboob” swollen stage isnt going to help. I legit stopped looking at mine and took a progress picture once a week to compare because i was getting upset daily like you, im not just lecturing you promise.

Im 4 months in now and i couldn’t be happier with them. Please give it time xxx

The problem is that I woke up from surgery like this so it makes me wonder what happened?!

It’s also not really an ache, it’s sharp and nerve pain like, like a knife. Is that what you had?

I’m 10 days PO now and I’m not getting any relief from it 🙁

Emily, so sorry that you’re feeling this way. My current boobs sound similar, I have a lot of excess skin from breastfeeding. I am booked in to have my op with Mr Samouris at the end of September.

An uplift on its own would probably be ok and get rid of the excess skin. But I wanted implants as well, Mr Samouris is happy to do both at the same time, have you asked why you need to have 2 surgeries 6 months apart?

I did lots to research, went to see 4 different consultants for 4 different hospitals and made me decisions from there.

All sounds normal to me I had ridiculous back ache and shoulder pain I had my husband giving me a massage all the time. It’s the hunching without realising, constantly being in a bra and awkward sleeping. It does go! the pain was the worst part of getting my boobs done

Hi girls, I had a consultation with MYA 10 years ago and actually finally had my surgery at a local private hospital on Saturday. It’s definitely worth looking around and I think going to your individual surgeon in a private practice is a bit more personal? I did like Mya before but this was just more convenient for me x

Hi Dawn, I’ve had 270cc overs and think they look great for my small frame. If your surgeon has said overs to you it means you have enough breast issue and it’s also better in turns of a quicker recovery

Mine don’t look out of proportion at all, I was worried they would be huge.
