Thanks 🙂 I have read that its quite common. I have to help with physio exercises at work all the time and can always feel them tensing and pulling apart 🙁 dont like it. Have been thinking of a re-aug for a while, I have so little breast tissue tho that i worry the implant will be too obvious with overs? X

I was a very flat 32a, was offered 260, 300, and 340cc. I was a bit scared of looking too big so wanted 300. On the day of my surgery, my surgeon said he was going with 340! Thank god he did because i still feel quite small now under clothes. I measure a 32dd but dont look anywhere near as big as my naturally 32dd sis in law. I look about a c which is exactly what i wanted and i love them, just feel small sometimes. Implants always measure larger than natural boobies (dont ask me why lol) x

I had 340 cc unders. I feel that they are slightly smaller than when first had them. I have never had this so called fluffing butam still a 32dd as i have been since my ba 🙂

I was also a 32a and am now a 32dd thanks to Mr Russo and my 340 unders ;))

My friends have all been amazing ( to my face anyway:)) they know how much and how long I had wanted to have my op. people I have met and worked with that since don’t even realise and are shocked wen I mention it 🙂 I’m not big and look really natural and in proportion with the rest of my body, I’m happy, if you are happy, who cares what anyone else thinks?? :)) xx

Took me 3 years after stopping the pill to get pregnant. Just relax and try not to think bout it too much, it will happen wen u leadt expect it! :)) xx

Lottie they only put us up in hotel as the hospital was changed less than week before op and i told them i had spent out on op so couldnt get to london. Im confused on that one ‘nips’ (love the name lol) they always changing their minds about travelling after etc :-/ i really really was not up for a 100 mile drive the same day, was bad enough just getting to hotel 🙁 xx

You are not supposed to travel more than 50 miles from hosp on day one incase u need to go bk if anything goes wrong. My op changed from kidderminster to highgate and as it was so far away from home, MYA paid for a hotel for myself and husband for the night 🙂 xx

I was a 32a had 340 unders. Am now measuring 32dd but think i look around a c which is what i wanted. Different wonen need different sized implants to achieve certain sizes depending upon your shape and build etc. 🙂 xx

I went out on a hen night in Manchester 2 weeks to the day of my op and was absolutely fine. Danced the whole night away but I deffo wasn’t feeling up to it 3 days after! was told to not drink at all for at least 2 weeks so as to keep blood flow as clean as possible for healing? Xx

Hey, I have unders (no pics) I’m not going to lie, it is more than ‘uncomfortable’ but apparently there’s less risk of cc and rippling and they look more natural than overs supposedly. I think mine look really natural and soooo worth the pain. They hurt more than overs apparently too, but I can’t say first hand on the difference. Lol xx

I woke up back in my room. My hubby was standing up looking at me and asked if I was ok. I lifted the sheet, looked at my chest and said “I’ve got boobs” and started crying I was so happy was fine tho other than that little outburst tho, lol xx

You should sleep at an agle propped up on pillows ( v pillow) for a few weeks at least. You will know wen u r ready to sleep in ur side (wen the pain stops, lol) i didnt evenmive in my sleep for few weeks but as i healed and got more comfortable, i would wake up on my side naturally. Now i sleep all ways, but always sleep in my sports bra just to keep my boobies in place xx

Everyone bangs on about Malcolm’s and Royce bras but they were too expensive and I could only find them on Internet so couldn’t try them on which put me off. I had a good one from defenhams, ( shock absorber) m&s and a few from primark! So long as they fit and give you plenty of support, don’t think it matters which sort really xx

The first few days was really painful with sharp pains under my right boobie and still a few weeks later, was not do much painful but could feel the stitches pulling and stretching but think they were just loosening due to the healing. I must have had disposable stitches as the nurse has never had to pull any out tho. 3 months later and it’s all good. The nurse said to expect some pulling, bubbly and even pins and needles sensations during healing, rambling a bit now, lol, hope this helps xx

Don’t think u supposed to drink for a couple of weeks or so after, minimum. You need to keep your blood flow as clean as possible whilst healing. I’m not a drinker really except wen I go out (which isn’t often. Lol) I went out on a hen night in Manchester exactly 2 weeks po and was dancing around and drinking. My admission was 7.30, went down at 10.30 and was awake in my room by 12.30. Slept most of the day, went to hotel at 7.30, had a meal in restaurant and off to bed, (wherei lay awake very uncomfortably all night long) lol xx

Im now 3 months po and they r the same size as day 1! Lol. They r still changing tho, 1 is starting to look a little lower now when they have always been the same. Maybe they just taking some time to settle?!? I do love them tho, pre op i was a 25 yearold woman with the body of a 12 year old boy cant wait to get a bikini on xx

I had 340 unders and am now a 32dd. That seems a massive diff to 525, how can they measure same size?? I still feel tiny tho, want a push up bra but kind of think that defeats the object of having ba in first place xx

Measurements seem to b different in different shops, and also depending on the bra u are wearing. Pretty much the same as with clothes, I have found. Most of my bras are are 32dd at the min but I tried a strapless wonder bra last week and even a 32f was too tight!! Xx

He also says that although he loves my boobs now, he loved my old ones just as much I know he’s telling porkies tho, he just doesn’t really want to admit how right I have been all these years about getting them done! Lol xx

My husband actually cried and couldn’t believe it wen I said my ba wouldn’t affect him as its my body! He has been totally supportive tho and even paid for me to have my op! He loves them now xxx

I asked Mr Russo about this and he said that there are so many lymph nodes in the armpit that can b damaged b putting implant in armpit. He told me that the armpit method is mainly used on ‘black’ women as they tend to scar worse so it can b hidden xx

Did u get a breast band?? They are supposed to push the implant down into the ‘pocket’ xx

Oh thanks. Im 7 weeks po now so should b fine saw it advertised but u know how they always make something sound amazing but its then a liad of crap! Lol. So just thought i would ask. I only cones in s, m, l. Not in cup sizes so does it stretch to fit all then?? Xx

That doesnt sound too good to me, keep ur eye on it n maybe ring the nurse just to check i didnt have drains n only had spots if blood on my dressings at 7 days po. Xx

You should still have ur 6 week check with the nurse. Im supposed to see russo for 3 month check but think its gonna b with another surgeon now. x

My hubby thought the paper knickers were hilarious n kepttaking pics of me changing into them! Lol, they r not very attractive but i suppose there must b a reason for them xx

I have just googled it and looked at some pics. They r no where near as bad as some of them and it only happens wen i tense up as i said. They r fine wen standing relaxed so hopefully will b fine. I can understand y it happens tho xx thankyou xx
