I also had Dr Mahdi and 325 high dual plane. I was worried mine would be too big for me but they are perfect. I wanted boobs but didnt want them to look over unnatural. I’m only 5 days post op so they are very round and swallen at the moment but once they’ve fluffed I think they’ll be amazing.

    I was a 34B (a small B).

I wanted a natural C/D cup not the round stuck on effect. I had DR Mahdi who gave me the choice of 275/300/325 in the end I went with 325 (there’s not a huge difference in the 25cc) i had mine dual plane.

Other than the tension and ache 😂 I am super happy! I think they’ve given me exactly what I’ve asked for. I can’t wait for them to settle down but even swollen and hard I can see that they’ll be fine once fluffed.

I am a 34B. After having my 2 kids I lost volume and they were never the same. I wear padded push up bras which gives me a C cup which I like. I want natural C cup so I don’t need to wear padded bras. Dr Mileto has recommended getting 300cc under muscle. It’s all happening now and I’m so ready to do this 🙂

    Hey,

I think it’s definitely worth calling and speaking to your PC again, as I think it depends. I booked mine in august 2022 for January 2023 (I have a physical job so needed to be able to take a month off) and it had to be paid in November. I know they will send you reminders nearer the date it is due but I think it depends a lot on how soon your surgery is x

I hope mine aren’t going to be the same. I’m 11 days post op today so still have dressings on but am already getting paranoid that my left breast looks slightly higher and more rounded than my right! I know they need to settle into place but my left side looks how I imagined it to look. Right side still has bruising all at the side of my nipple. Really don’t want odd boobs when I’ve paid so much money to have them looking good 🤦‍♀️

Hey, I went with My Mahdi for my BA and had 325cc high profile, dual plane. I was an A cup before, told him my desired look was a C cup and he suggested 300, 325 or 350 so I went with the middle to be safe as I felt the same – didn’t wanna be too big or too small! I’m 6 weeks post op & really happy with results but part of me also wishes I went with 350, also seen a lot of people say they wish they went bigger. It all depends with how you feel and what you’re working with beforehand though as the same sizes look so different on everyone which makes it such a difficult decision! Hope you love your result whatever you choose ☺️

In reply to: Getting uplift with 500cc round implants

    Menu

Hi, I had 525cc natural implant over 12yrs ago and just had them removed now and replaced with 450cc round with an uplift. I’m 10 days post surgery. I only dropped down a size as surgeon was worried if he lifted the size they were then they’d drop within 6mths. But I’m sure as yours are only a 380 current then they’d be ok to lift then go bigger. They probably would look bigger on you with only being 5ft3, compared to myself who’s 5ft10. But depends how you want them to look.

sorry im just seeing these replies but i ended up going with 250cc mod plus. i will post pics im now 2 weeks post op. i cant decide whether or not i wished i went with 225 cc yet. when i first woke up i thought wow theyre tiny, but now they feel bigger, maybe thats bc im just getting used to them. they obv still need to drop and fluff but im loving them so far and do think theyre the perfect size for my frame. i havent got much cleavage yet (didnt have one at all before) but i think as they drop and fluff i will see a bit more definition as i think there is still some swelling at the moment and my chest is still adjusting to the implants.

Havnt had a response yet but I think I’m going to go through with the 350cc, I heard when you get it behind the muscle it takes 25cc off (apparently) but me mahdi said if he puts them in and they look silly he will go a size down. So I won’t look silly and he will do what’s best for my body shape .. I will update if this changes ❤️ Xxx

    Hey!

    I’ve had my consultation and chose 225cc mod+ and I’m 5’11 and 72kg!!

Half of me is scared they’ll be too small and half thinks they’ll be too big for what I want 😂 I don’t want much of change more for shape, I’m thinking Kendall Jenner inspo! I really want to see some tall girls with implants so we can compare

    Hey Sarah!
You are honestly in the best hands possible, I cannot fault any of my experience. I think it’s only natural to be nervous but honestly, I got myself majorly worked up and I wish I’d let myself be more excited than scared lol!
Yes the hospital supply the band, I wasn’t aware I needed it either. It’s pretty uncomfortable as it has to be on fairly tight but definitely worth it’s purpose as I can see my implants dropping into a more natural place already!
Best of luck for your surgery, I promise you’ll love them!! Let me know if I can answer anything else for you 🙂 xx

Hey, I’ve got surgery with Mr Mileto on February 17th. I’m having high profile dual plane 325cc.
This is good to read. I didn’t know about the band. I know about the Macom bra which I will be buying, but is the band supplied at the hospital? I’m nervous but excited at the same time. Just counting down the weeks x

    Hey ladies
I’ve had my consultations with Mr Mileto as well as all my pre op appointments with the nurses. Everyone’s been amazing! All have been reassuring and couldn’t be more helpful.
My operation is in 2 weeks time, so I’ll keep you updated on post op progress.
Happy to share as much advice for others on here, as it’s not always a common topic to be able to research. Open to questions if you have any x

    Hey Jessica!
I was exactly the same as you, I was PETRIFIED of being put to sleep. I actually had my surgery yesterday and cried the whole way to the hospital because I was so scared: I was honest with the staff and they were brilliant. I even removed my oxygen mask and said it was Friday 13th j didn’t want to do it 😂😂
But honestly; it was such a breeze! I didn’t know anything about it. The worst thing was having the cannula put in and truthfully that was only a little scratch .
I did the same as you, I googled all the worst case scenarios and I really wish i hadn’t. It’s intimidating and daunting to be put to sleep on top of the anxiety of surgery but I promise you you have NOTHING to worry about! It’s all so worth it.
Hope this helps and good luck for your surgery! xx

    Hi Alexandra,

I’m sorry to hear that – have you tried to make contact with aftercare nurses or do you have any upcoming / scheduled appointments arranged?

Also, was your surgery and aftercare team based in London? I think mine will be, my PO is Natalie Mercer from the london clinic.
Hope you’re recovering well and therefore lack of contact with the Mya team isnt too much of a problem! xx

Hi I had my breast surgery on the 16th December and discharged the following day. I had a nurse from MYA call me on the 19th to check that I was ok and I then went in to see the nurse on the 23rd and 30th December who changed my dressings and checked everything was ok. She made a further online appointment on the 7th January to again check all was well. I have a followed up appointment now booked at 6 weeks end of January. My surgeon is Anna De Leo and she has been fantastic very reassuring, she came to visit me the evening after my surgery and the morning after before I was discharged. I was given details on to get in get in touch with a nurse and Anna in case of an emergency or if I just needed some reassurance. I have to say I have been very impressed so far with the care I have received. Hope this helps. The nursing team I have dealt with have been based at Birmingham.
