Hey Nikki balconette bras are much better for fake boobs then plunge. But i have been quite lucky as i dont have that much gap in between mine. I also bought a Wonderbra adjustable clevage bra from ebay….its amazing and they go right up to a G! xxx

Also just a tip always wear a bed bra (or crop top) if you can reduces the chance of stretch marks as supports them while your sleeping.

Palmers cocoa oil is better than bio oil!

Yes that is normal. You have to think of them like two seperate operations. it will settle though…took me about 8 weeks for mine to be settled. Also you will get little sharp pains which is normal as well xx

hey girls it doesnt make them fluff but helps you skin stretch if its being a bit stubborn and not letting the implant be its proper size. like me i had 525 over but after the op i was only measuring a C and looking smaller than the actual implant it wasnt until someone told me to try cocoa butter that it stretched my skin to allow the implant to be there. xx

oh and trashy lingerie do some pretty ones… and they are american and cater for bigger busts xx

hey babe, have you been provided the 24 hour emergency number on the yellow card you were given?? they are pretty good. i am so sorry to hear this. i have never had a issue or heard of anyone being treated like this, but i had a really good nurse who even answered her phone late at night for me cause i was worried.

Just to let you know i also had one boob more painful,bigger and swollon than the other this lasted till 3 weeks post op. this is totally normal as you breast tissue is getting used it being in there….but defo call your nurse and PC. if not, march in there as this is quite unusual for MYA….never heard this before. Transform have this kind of reputation but not MYA. I hope you get it sorted soon….

aww thanks, they still seem to be changing everyday but it can take upto a year till you get your proper size and fully healed. That bra is from la senza they dont have much in bigger sizes but me and some others have emailed them a complaint and the more people complain they said the more they will look into making nicer bras in all sizes! so result…. xx

hey hunny, yes overs do fluff and it can take up to a year. I have been told by many people that you can fluff upto a whole cup size. I was the girl that used cocoa butter and went up 3 cup sizes this was because my skin was being to stubborn to let the implant settle to its proper size. I went from a C to a FF pretty much over night….but i still havent fluffed…. xx

hey hunny, like all the ladies say wait until you are fully healed and ease yourself into it. I wear 2 sports bras to make sure the are down quite firm to look after them. I also wear a bed bra to look after them and stop stretch marks and seperation etc. xx

hey babe, for best results and comfort i would get a Macom compression bra like the MYA nurses recommend. I lived in mine as it was so comfy and does up at the front which was perfect for the firrszt 2 weeks where you cant lift your arms etc.

hey hun, Cocoa butter is better than oil also like the girls said get a Macom bra as the cups stretch to allow for swelling and it is front fastening so through the two weeks of recovery you dont have to move to much. Also a great website i used is

hey hunny, I wasnt bedridden but very restricted. I took 2 week off work and I work in a office. I struggled with arm movement for 3 weeks…..i looked like a T-Rex lol.

As for Gym/Dance your not allowed to go back until after your 6 week post op appt with your nurse as they need to make sure you are totally fully healed….just to make sure they dont pop open lol.

I am 6 weeks post op and i am back to my normal routine weights and all. xxx

Sara – I used cocoa butter from 3 weeks post op but no where near my scars. this really helped my skin to strecth without causing stretch marks.

Jamie – a bed bra is a cotton crop top that has elastic around the bottom it just support them after 6 weeks as its quite hard to go from wearing a sports bra 24/7 to nothing….i use it as a lady told me and she has had hers for 5 years but they still look awesome and new.

hey hunny, yeah that is normal, it didnt stop until 3 week post op for me. you cant sleep on your side until you have been told by your nurse at your 2 week post op appt.

i am 6 week post op and still feel weird sleeping on my side and end up sleeping on my back. i am also wearing a bed bra to look after them and reduce stretch marks xx

hey hun, Consultation to surgeon consultation is when you can book it really and when a surgeon is availble and then from there if you have it ready you can pretty much book it the same month. xx

hey hunny, when you go to your 2nd consultation you will meet the surgeon. he/she will tell you whether they recommend overs or unders. This is normally dependent on your breast tissue and how your natural boobs sit. hey emily, i do have some and will put these on here aswell. Yeah i was one of those cases that my skin was being to stubborn not to let the implant inflate and get its shape back. It wasnt until I used Cocoa butter that my skin seemed to soften and let the implant inflate to its proper size. I cant wait for fluffing! xx

hey babe, I wasnt bedridden but i was resticted as to what i could do with my arms for about 3 weeks but i went back to work after 2 weeks as i work in a office. Speed bumps and putt holes hurt when in a car for about 3 weeks. just ensure you have a high impact sports bra or a Macom compression bra to take the impact away from you new boobs. some days i felt better than others and first few days i had no pain but on my 5th-6th day the pain was mind blowing.

Sleeping upright for 2 weeks was a task as well. get a V pillow if you can…wish i did as it sounds quite useful to some others on here. hope this helps. xx

hey hunny, you cant really haggle but MYA often do offers and also accept a £500 off voucher whcih you will get told about. I went to alot of places and although many others are cheaper MYAs aftercare is amazing and you should see some pictures of their surgeons. I was really well looked after before and after my op and my PC and nurse have been brilliant. xxx

i recommend always follow what your surgeon says…normally overs are only used if you have plenty of breast tissue at the front of your boob to fit the implant in. hope this helps. xx

hey hunny, Actually fluffing can happen from 5 weeks to a year…this is where the breast tissue is softening around the implant and where you boobs become softer. I used cocoa butter as my skin was not allowing the implant to take shape and was only measuring a C after having 525 overs but now measure a 34FF….but i have yet to fluff as they are not quite as soft as they should be… xx

12 weeks post op? sorry it doesnt say. You are allowed to use products on your skin and scars after 6 weeks as long as you scars are fully healed (this is to avoid infection). I recommend calling your PC to organise a meeting with a nurse if you are at 12 weeks as you should have seen one at 6 weeks. hope this helps? xxx

Linzi – I was at highgate and had DR C, he isnt very chatty but a awesome surgeon…check out my scar pic and thats with no treatment or oil yet.

Vic – I was a 34B and now measure a 34FF (36F) but look like a E cup……remember fake boobs always measure a size bigger than what they look.
