In reply to: Soft touch implants – anyone had rippling?

    Menu

No Hun no signs of any rippling at all and I massage them twice a day and can’t feel anything untoward Hun xxx

In reply to: Soft touch implants – anyone had rippling?

    Menu

I have soft touch (470) I’ve got nothing to compare them too as this is my first op, I’m now 3 months post op and they feel so soft I can squish them around and they feel really soft now I worried that with them having the higher content fill they would feel quite hard but in the last month they’ve softened lovely. I had these as due to having a lack of flesh on my bust I was considered high risk of rippling and as suggested soft touch reduce the chance of rippling. Xx

In reply to: 470cc unders will they grow?

    Menu

Your only two days post op!! be nice to you and your new boobies .That will all ease gradually your very early days yet and your body needs time to heal and adjust. My worst time was day 5 but I woke up day 6 and felt loads better! Everything gradually improves just give it time honest! X

In reply to: 470cc unders will they grow?

    Menu

Honestly Hun they won’t really change till atleast 6 weeks mine was 8 weeks plus x

In reply to: 470cc unders will they grow?

    Menu

Hi Hun I had 470cc xhp soft touch over 3 months ago. I wa a flat and empty 34 b pre op size 12. I was measuring a d cup initially post op but in the last month my nipples are popping out of DD cups and I’m fillin an e cup which is what I wanted. I didn’t really notice it until trying bras on but they’ve definitely dropped more as scars are not as noticeable and I’m not fittin in my original bras! Patience is the key with new boobies! I wish mya sold patience as I didn’t have much of it initially as mine looked so small but I think that’s due to everything being compressed so tightly. Xx

    Menu

    I had 470 from a 34b x

Totally agree about la senza some of them are that illuminous I reckon they’d glow through your clothes I’m Fitting in DD’s currently but in their my nipples were popping out everywhere! Staff were pretty useless and half the bras didn’t have bottoms that identically matched but had ones that kinda matched it was the most confusing underwear shopping experience I’ve had yet! Thank god for debenhams and m and s!!! Xx

In reply to: cerazette – pill

    Menu

Has anyone had any problems on this pill can I just ask? I’ve just started it two months ago and since starting it after my BA I’ve had a lot of infections such as yeast infections and urine infections? Anybody else had this? I’ve not recovered very well from my op my immune system has hit a low and I am still very run down but wasn’t sure if the pill could potentially be causing any of the above? Xx

In reply to: when you wake up…

    Menu

I found the waking up part to be lovely as I was really unaware of anything and so relaxed I have no recollection of the recovery suite other than hearing sounds I didn’t see any of it and the same when I was took back to my room it was like I was awake but So sleepy I couldn’t open my eyes! Apparently when I was wheeled back into my room my partner was there and I said to the nurse is Simon here and she said yes he’s right next to you and I whispered “tell him I love him and I have boobies” hahaha he’s told me he’s taking that one to the grave it was adorable! But I have to say it was a lovely feeling until I woke up properly 30 mins later and threw up for 3 hours! But apparently that is rare and they gave me medication to stop that but I threw it up lol! Xx

Silly milly in response to you question surgeon told me its all about the support for first 6 weeks after that it’s about being cautious of your incisions. Just be mindful though that various surgeons say different things lol xxx

In reply to: BHS rescues post op bra wearers

    Menu

Hi girls up to the 6 weeks post op it’s sports/high support bras/ macoms but after that some girls get told they can start wearing underwired bras however I got told by a differen surgeon to wait longer than that so wires don’t rub on scars. The bra I’m recommending would

Be for 6 week + post op wearers. Hope that helps xx

In reply to: BHS rescues post op bra wearers

Mines so comfy and looks great! A good stop gap till I can get myself some nice pretty underwire bras xx

In reply to: Told to wear band for 2months!!!! Worried 🙁

    Menu

Hun ive been told to wear my support bras for another 2 months at my 6 week check. Not sure why as most girls get told 6-8 weeks till they can wear normal bras. Surgeons know best though Hun xxx

Hi Hun I’m 7 weeks post op and I had 470s asked to be an e cup and I look exactly like my mum who’s a c cup. I’m feeling disappointed too. I’ve read all about fluffing on here but i had mr kazzazi and saw me schiavone for 6 week check (random I know) and both said there’s no evidence in fluffing. I’m feeling your disappointment hun! Xx

In reply to: pics up week 1-4

    Menu

One of mine weeped for a fortnight hun and my gp took over the care for it and it heeled in less than a week so don’t worry sometimes they do take a bit longer! Now I’m 7 weeks and they are so tidy and neat! Xx

In reply to: Off Topic – Antidepressants – HELP!

    Menu

That all sounds familiar hun there’s a period of watchful waiting which is the gp tryin medication and seeing if that helps! Talking therapies are more about the ongoing management of problems! I work in a service that provides that support of its felt it’s needed . Try not to worry hun sounds like you’ve got enough on your mind as it is! The medication may be just what you need to put you back on track! I’ve been on them myself in the past and I remember those anxieties but there’s nothing wrong with it hun. Everybody can get stressed or anxious or feel low. I think gps can sometimes be quite handy with dishing out labels that worry people xxx

Hi honey I’m a mental health practitioner that questionnaire you filled in is normal procedure when visiting a GP with stress/anxiety/depression symptoms. Follow her advice with the medication the questions you answer form part of a general depression scale so try not to worry too much. 1 in 4 people get depressed but with the right treatment be it medication or some talking therapy it doesn’t need to get too bad. Has she referred you to a mental health team at all. I work with patients suffering with anxiety and depression x

470 cc here I switch between a macom and m & s bra. They’re both supportive it boils down to your own personal comfort I wore my macom mostly in the second week as the m and s bras felt too restrictive! X

New twins can I add you I had 470s just starting to notice the fluffing process now on my lefty my righty is still a bit swollen and tight x

In reply to: 5 weeks PO…. feel they have got smaller!!!

    Menu

Can I add you both I’m 4 weeks post op and been looking at my pics from two weeks and they’re noticeably smaller now even my DD sports bra is wrinkling around them where before it was a job to squeeze them in? X

In reply to: Post op growth with unders HELP!

    Menu

I don’t think my question is I was just concerned… I thought that the forum was a place where girls could ask questions and raise concerns what may seem ridiculous to you probably isn’t to someone else. The measurements I’ve took are the same two measurements that debenhams and m and s and any other bra shop would take. But thanks to some of the advic I’ve been given on here now OT seems the conversion charts online are not very accurate.

In reply to: Post op growth with unders HELP!

    Menu

Ok I don’t think I was looking for someone to take the mick out of me, I got my partner to take the measurements I’m not sure how else you mean physically measured and used the size guides online to determine band and cup size… I don’t think it’s that ridiculous?! That’s what they are there for.

In reply to: Post op growth with unders HELP!

Thank you gina And kelle I was hoping someone would say that was soooooo disappointed when I read a c! I will definitely take your advice!!! Thanks hun!!! Xxx

Ok hun thanks for your advice! Xxx

In reply to: Post op growth with unders HELP!

    Menu

Well I took my own measurements from under bust and over the breasts as instructed on all the guides and used 5 different sizing guides that have all come up with a 36c I’m really shocked too as I’d have though they would be atleast a d if not an e xx

4161 soft touch day case with mya x

In reply to: REALLY WORRIED PICS UPLOADED!! HELP!!

    Menu

Hi hub can I add you as I have similar thing by sounds of it xxx

    In reply to: Drains?!?!

    Menu

The drains are long tubes and at the bottom of them are two small containers when I went to te loo I carried them in with me and put them on the floor, then carried them back to bed with me and my partner and the nurse held them and the tubes while I got positioned, don’t worry about them hun I was having nightmares about them pre op and after my op I was that out of it due to GA that I never really acknowledged them being in! Xxx

In reply to: Will cuts be healed when you see the nurse?

    Menu

No him because she will redress them if they are one of mine is healed so it’s got nothing on it now the other has a minute little area on that hasn’t healed yet so I have just a small white dressing on it taking it off tomorrow an I’m hoping it’s healed * fingers crossed* so if yours is open she will pop another steri strip on and give you some to take away! In terms of bra running it depends my macom kept rising up and I felt it touching my scar so now I’m wearing my m and s ones and they come much lower down so it’s much better xx

In reply to: How long after ba did you have sex???

    Menu

Haha we’re only human after all!! Lyds1990 your a trooper I was barely conscious the day after my op it would have been a very one way affair lol xxx

In reply to: Will cuts be healed when you see the nurse?

    Menu

I’m nearly 3 weeks post op and one of my wound is still slightly open and weaping! Everybody heals differently xx

In reply to: How long after ba did you have sex???

    Menu

I’m 2 weeks post op and the deed has been done last night at 16 days post op!! It wasn’t planned lol and I kept my sexy m and s zip up bra on and felt ok after wards! Bet it was my sexy bra that did it hahahahaha! Xxx

    In reply to: Drains?!?!

    Menu

I was also a day case and had early surgery, came round with drains in didn’t even know they were there and they Removed mine at about 5pm, all you feel is a little wiggle and a tug when they take them out they’re tiny holes and they’re bandaged over afterwards, no pain I’d just describe it as a weird sensation. I had Nightmares about tubes going in and out and it’s really not that bad!!xx

Defo recommend the m and s one I wore macom for a while then went and tried these m and s ones on and got two that were comfy! I find them so much more supportive than macom. Thanks for that I’m pleased with them too so far! Let me know when you get your pics up! Xxx
