What exactly are you nervous about hun? Is it the op? the recovery? the result? or all of it haha!

I was a shivering wreck when i was going to theatre but there really isnt anything to be worried about. The doctors and nurses know what they are doing and while your under anaesthetic you cant control anything anyway so just let it go. As for afterwards ul be more uncomfortable than in pain but ul be given ur meds so as long as u take them and dont try to do too much all at once ul heal well.

Just keep focussing on ur lovely new boobs ur going to have and dont think about HOW theyre going to get there if that makes sense.

Honestly ul wonder what on earth u were stressed for afterwards! xxx

Yeah sounds about right. I was a 34A had 410s and im in a DD sports bra and a D normal bra fits where it touches. xx

I woke up crying my eyes out!!! Like actually sobbing I kept saying to the nurse “I’m not sad I promise I’m not sad I promise” over and over again haha. I think I was just so overwhelmed by the whole thing!! X

I had mr Traynor on Tuesday! I love my boobs he is awesome!! Total booby god x

It’s not selfish! U go for it! If ur happy then those around u benefit from that happiness! I was miserable before my BA (which was in tues) and already I feel so much more positive. I have two children and it hasn’t affected them at all. Infact my oldest was full of compliments this morning saying I looked good and that I seemed happy!

Just because ur a mother doesn’t mean ur life is no longer yours! Look after urself and do what makes u happy, u deserve it xx

Toiletries (toothpaste baby wipes make up bobble)

U can take dressing gown and slippers if u want I didn’t I just walked down to theatre in my uggs ha

And jamas if they make u comfy or u cd just leave ur gown on.

U really don’t need much at all. Xx

Can u not find an unwired bra that may be a bit better looking? Shd be ok for a few hours and just put ur normal one back on wen u get home. X

You’d have to speak to a consultant hun and see what dates they have available. My first consult was April and I’m having my op today. However it could have been much sooner if I’d had the money to pay it off straight away. Just give ur local clinic a ring and see what they say, can’t do any harm. Xx

Hey Christina, good post. My bestie has implants and every time we go out they get stared at and prodded a lot!!! So I’m aware of this although if it happens to me it may feel a bit odd. I think as long as I’m asked first ill b ok. Xx

You’ll do it hun. U just gotta get smart with ur money. Write out ur priorities and start from there. Decide how important the op is and what ur willing to sacrifice to get it. Mite be little things like treats magazines etc or using gas and leccy only wen u need to to save a few quid. Decide on set amount each week from ur income that u can deposit in the piggy bank and stick with it. Cd be a £1 or £100 it all counts gud luck. Xxx

Hi hunny, it’s only natural to get the collywobbles before something this big!!! Don’t worry about it and just allow urself to feel what u need to feel. If it helps grab a bit paper and pen and write down exactly what this operation is going to do for you with regards to every aspect of your life. Keep it with you even until u go under the anaesthetic. Xx

I had to pay 500 to start the account. I got mine paid in 5 month but that was only cos I got half as a loan of my mam and the rest came from every penny I owned!!!!!! I now have to catch up with the bills but hey at least I’ll hav gud boobs! X

Hi Hun my op is on Tuesday and I’ve been exactly the same not being nervous or excited. That was until today wen I got my admission time and now I’m nervously excited!! Don’t think it will properly sink in till I’m in my gown waiting to go down!!!

At my pre op the nurse told me not to get a Macom cs the surgeons don’t like them and to just go for asda, primary or tesco ones. I’m hoping to go to a D and I’m a 34 so I got 36DD to accommodate for swelling but I may get 36 D aswell incase they not supportive enough. X

Well I wasn’t sure either but I’ve tried looking it up and all I can find is that it’s the nicotine and tar that can affect healing. Maybe it would be best to check incase there’s any nasties in the charcoal that could potentially hinder things.

I’m with christina, you need a hobby haha! Try and spend as much of your time as you can around others so they can support you, I used lollys too but they bad for your teeth “/. My op is next week so ive stopped smoking too, I wasnt a heavy smoker anyway but if i do crave i smoke some molasses in my hookah pipe instead as theres no nicotine in there but still feels like im smoking. xx

From wot I understand… Over goes over the muscle and is thought to b more fake looking, unders are under the muscle and more natural and partials are in between. Partials is what I’m having as Russo said it will giv me a bit of a lift apparently. X

My girls are 8 and 3. My oldest is so laid back wen I told her she was like yeah ok mam cool woteva haha! In fact shes sik of me going on about it but she said shes gonna help me get better bless her the youngest obvs doesn’t understand but she does like to play with my rice boobs haha!! X

I’m 27… Wanted them dun since I was 17 but glad I didn’t then as I fell pregnant at 18 which mite hav then ment a re-op and I’ve had another child since then as well. So I feel the times right now! I’m in my first year at uni too don’t think being at uni affects anything in fact if it wasn’t for student loans Id probs still b trying to get funds together lol!! X

Thanks peeps. It was jst that I’d seen alot of girls saying they had very limited movement after unders so I was wondering if splitting the muscle was goin to b worse so I cd b prepared but now u have explained it to me I feel better. So I shd pretty much just think of it as unders. X

Hmmm Mario said he’d do it that way cs it wud giv me a bit of a lift without actually having to do a lift if that makes sense, it was biplane he circled on the forms in my consultation but I seem to b the only one having this. Maybe u shd just stop thinking about it….got 100 days to go yet, I’ll hav no hair by then if I keep stressing about it lol!
