i would most definatly pay an extra for insurance, as joannabella said though it should be an optional choice but pc should do what they can to encourage that patients take it, as im the type of person to be like ‘naaa ill save it, il be fine’ and id be more inclined not to take it if ive got an after care package! xx

If it helps hun, I cut little bits away as they came unstuck! Like the big strip across the top of ur boobs I trimmed bits away into like a V type shape and also by my armpits! Nurse said as long as the important bits are on and the support is still there !! I sweated too….. So horrid isn’t it! Like cmdavies said itl be a week in NO time! Hang in there Xx

Honestly babe I promise u stick in there be patient! Look @ my pics they are hilarious, and now my left has dropped and they’ve defo grown too !! Mine were rock hard and again loolked like footballs but it was about 3wks po and they started to soften and I can now squidge them together and wobble them lol!! If I remember right @ 2wks I took my bra off and they just stayed put and were hard as, cdnt push together or lie/lean on them !! But now I’m sailing so stick with thm! Ul love them Xx

Hey babe! Not got any advice on the baby front lol but I’d advise 2 weeks! Just 2 chill and get used 2 things etc! U start 2 feel more able after 2wks! I work with horses which inc riding and took 3weeks off, and taking it easy now! As 4 the clothing don’t go wild!!!! I bought 2 zip up hoodies which I still wear (purely because the are comfy) and then 3 button up tops….. I havnt worn them since lol!! I tried 2 wear tops that I could step into aswel! Hope this helps hun xx

hi girls, i found padding loadz of pillows around, under, stacked etc etc and then plonk the v pillow so ur head is resting smack bang in the the middle of the pillow! try and sleep so ur not completly upright almost at a 60degree angle so u get a slight numb ass instead of the whole lot! have ur normal pillows like a ladder behind u! i ended up having like 7 pillows i stole my 3 flatmates!! after a week i 4t sod this im going flat….. best night ever lol!! stick in there it wont be long ladies mine look fine and i was on my side by night 10 i think it was xx

he certainly wont be angry or huffy once they are in!! i had my…. fella friend try and talk me out of having them, then say go smaller!! needless to say he LOVES them, in fact loves not a strong enough word lol!! and as for the after care, honestly babe its not that bad! i think some girls do generally have a rough time afterwards but its not as bad as u think! i was bricking it thinkin omg im going to be bed ridden and wont be able to do anything….. my advice lol dont be a fairy, i could shower my lower body fine, just get some1 to lower the head for u! then things like reaching ask someone to get it! all i needed help with was little things every now and again for about 2weeks so like help with dinner prepping and cooking, some1 to do the manual cleaning like hoovering, i went dog walking every day too. and now im doing EVERYTHING myself and im 19days po.

I was offered 410 and took it strait away! I’m only 2wk po but I’m very happy with my look and sometimes I think they are small then I realise they actually arnt and I’m very very happy! Compare 2 ur size and what look u want 2 acheive but aswel ask your surgeons honest opnion, I asjked mr singh and he was brutally honest! Xx

He will push boundaries where maybe some surgeons don’t! The hospital is lovely! All the staff are lovely professional it’s clean everywhere! I have absolutely loved every minute of my experience and would go through it all over again xx

i had surgery friday morning and was drinking saturday evening! i sat down all night but socialised fine as it was a huge bbq of 130people and every1 was intrigued with why i had tape on me……. so pretty much spoke aout boobs all night haha!! xx

hey dee13, im having my op on friday and i was a heavy smoker…. eventually cut down to 10 a day and ive now quit completely ive smoked for 11years so feel really happy! i found that the electric fag helped! and whenever u do things that would make u then want a fag, try taking ur self out of the situations! sounds daft but i work at horse yard so can smoke whereever whenever at any reason excuse so on and so on…. plus everybody i live with (5 others) all smoke soit was hard!! be strong and focused! what also helped me is everyone saying ‘ooo ul never do it’ because im a stubborn brat, just to prove a point ive done it lol!! and what better way to cheer urself up by buying something nice every day with what u would have spent fags on :p stay strong babe…. il prob be here down and ranting in 5 days time lotz of luvv xxx

im a sz 8 and was told to have 340cc to look like C cup but ive scrapped tht now and having 410s which will look much bigger so i rekon 340s will look good on Xx

do it oy:) lol!! i was meant to haave 340 overs and said to him, how big can u go/recommend? have u got any friends on here with same stats and implant size?? on of my friends on here had 525 from an empty c cup and they look amazing xx

dont know if this will help in anyway, but im a 32a and having 410 overs which will according to singh, take me to a D/DD so maybe u would be ok with that size? Xx

im having mr singh on august 17th! on both my consultations with him, he pretty much wants to know what u want. u can push boundaries with him aswel and he was openly honest with me as on my first i played it safe and said i want natural and not big maybe a C and he even said ‘is that all?’ so was havin 340overs but after having a think (after my amazing pc cavel said pllleeeaaase go away and think) i went yesterday and i said i want bigger…. how big can u go? giving me 410s now but do ur research! he likes to be asked questions aswel let him give u his opinion aswel, hes done some amazing work with girls on here. such a lovely man! sorry 4 the essay lol hope it is of some help xxx
